Dr. Lehman is the best doctor I’ve ever had. She genuinely listens and cares, and she doesn’t try and dismiss you or rush you through appointments. I would recommend her to anyone!

The Doctors in this group are extremely knowledgeable. I have seen Dr Lehman since 2002 and she is awesome. I trust her thoroughly. My husband is also her patient so is my granddaughter. The entire staff is so kind and understanding. I have seen Dr Harrison when Dr Lehman has been on vacation and she is so sweet. This pair of Doctors totally rule!!!

Dr. Lehman is incredible. You never feel rushed during your visit and I always feel my concerns are addressed. She treats you like you matter. Wonderful courteous staff as well. I always leave reassured and with a smile on my face.

Dr. Harrison and the staff are fantastic! They do a thorough and comprehensive job. They helped me get on the right track with issues that were plaguing me for years. Nice work!

Doctors are great. But the front office has gotten so bad lately. Told me I didn't need an appointment on the phone, but then asked me if I had one. Took them 45 minutes to get me in. me $27 for a "free" Covid shot.

I have seen Dr Harrison for almost 30 yrs. I recently retired and found out she will not be renewing her contract with UHC so I am left seeking a new doctor 😡Try finding a new doctor who is actually taking new patients!! Impossible. I finally found one.....my first appointment is next MAY. Frustrated that reimbursement from medicare is more important than caring for patients.

Called three weeks ago to inquire about new patients. I was told that they were taking new patients but the Dr's decide who they will take.
I called twice weeks later and was told it will take a couple of weeks to decide.
After the wait I was told they will not take me.
I have to wonder why? I'm insured by my employer. I have no pre existing conditions. I take no medication.

Was a past patient here and left to go to the Native Project as I am Native American. Trying to establish care closer to home. I am a healthy person who is over 40 (but under 50) but was not accepted back as a patient. I was given the suggestion to go to an Internal Medicine Specialist to seek care due to my age even though I have NONE of the ailments that would be seen by that kind of specialist. When I called back to ask for clarification on this decision I was just told that the dr OFTEN makes that suggestions to people over 40. Often? How many people over the age of 40 are getting turned down at this medical office and why? No other explanation is being given to me for refusing care. I find this model of healthcare extremely unfair and quite questionable. Is that even legal to deny care due to age?

Says that they are excepting new patients. Called to establish care and was told they would call me back. Over the course of 11 days I had to call 4 separate times to inquire about my status. They called me back on day 12 and told me they would not accept me as a new patient because their schedules are too busy at the moment. Incredibly unprofessional. Grateful that I dodged the bullet. Receptionist was rude and acted as if I was being a bother. Repeatedly said I would be called back, but never was. If they can’t manage the new patient process, makes me wonder how they manage ongoing patient care.

I called to establish care after finding this office through my insurance provider. When I called, I was told that the doctor was accepting new patience (just as the website said), but that they needed to gather more information to see if she would be willing to accept me. Then about a week later, I get a call back saying the doctor is not taking more patients. No other explanation. Understanding a private practice has the option to chose their patients, it's disheartening to know there are doctors who foregoing their oath to treat indiscriminately. Shame on this office.

I don’t know anything about the quality of the doctors here but I’ve waited over a month and called many times to be taken on as a Patient. I received a call saying that they will not take me on. They have no reason and I think it’s absolutely Disgraceful that people that need medical attention fairly quickly have to wait this long to be told no. I have very good insurance by the way... so I do not recommend even calling them.

I have been a patient at this practice for more than 8 years. I think that the doctor's are very good at this office. I have seen them both and have apprecaited their care over the last 8 years. However the practice is very antiquated. They do not remind you about appointments or policies and have no website or electronic methods of communication at all. They NEVER return calls or do what they say without repeated reminders which I have tolerated over the years because I really like the Dr's.

I missed my first appointment ever recently and when I called to reschedule they told me that I would need to find another provider because of that missed appointment. No notice, no opportunity to discuss why I missed the appointment, no chance to negotiate. I even offered to pay a missed appointment fee before they ever told me I couldn't reschedule. Very abrupt and rude at the front desk as well. I have always felt put off by the office staff but I really like the doctors and the nurses. I am disappointed in their decision to say the least. If you are looking for a practice that appreciates the human condition of making an occasional mistake, this isn't the pratice for you and I would encourage you to take your business to a practice that actually cares about the people they treat and who don't display such an arrogant deameanor when speaking with their patients.
