They have very good quality pet food at reasonable prices; the people are very helpful and nice.
I go for doggy stuff and bird food.
Only downside is they play country music in the store🤣

Great prices to go along with the great customer service! Nice to have a local brick and mortar store you love to shop at and not feel ripped off. They definitely won me over as a new customer and now a loyal customer.

Got my betta from here, and he was perfectly healthy. No fin rot. Just try to pick the healthiest looking fish for the guarantee that your fish will survive. (Flowy fins with no deterioration, not sitting at the bottom of the cup looking dead.) All the fish were pretty but there were no females. So i had to use a separate tank just for him since you can’t house males with other fish. Overall i trust this store and would pick this place over petco or pet smart any day because they actually take good care of the fish and the water is clean. The size of an animal does not determine how much care it deserves.

Love coming here to browse with my pup. Really good selection of toys and treats and free popcorn starting at 11am daily! Can’t complain about that. Awesome prices, too! They’ll special order a specific food for you if you ask.

It's got nearly everything! Prices are not high- Go here first, especially for good quality food options and pet accessories.

Came in to get my dog's teeth cleaned The lady I believe her name is Harmony did an excellent job took really good care of our dog I know he doesn't like getting his teeth cleaned but she was great would definitely recommend going there

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. First thing they approach you and ask if you need help finding something or any questions. They carry quality items and pricing is good. If you are looking for something they have it or something like it and usually better.

They are always so helpful with suggestions and they keep track of coupons for you! I have forsaken Chewy for them. I would rather support local anyway.

I have been a customer of Theresas since they opened in Simi. I was beyond thrilled when they opened a Moorpark store. With the COVID-19 going on, I had not yet gotten my new puppy a collar. You see, I have ALWAYS gotten my collars for my dogs at Theresas and I did not want to break tradition. I messaged through Facebook yesterday and whoever responded told me to just call the store, and tell them what I needed and they could do curbside. I did that today. I have to give a special SHOUT OUT to your employee Gabby. I called her on the phone, told her what I needed. Came down to the store and she did everything including engraving a new tag for my puppy while I could just wait in my car. THANK YOU!!!! I am glad I got to do the same with my new puppy. and keep our tradition going. YAY GABBY

They are very helpful, honest and will take returns of bagged cat/dog food w receipt of your pet doesn't do well with it. Very pleasant store
