A key fact that sets this manufactured home community apart from many others is that it is owned by the residents: it is a co-op. This is not common, and it is a major benefit: the monthly lot fees can be increased only if the resident-elected board approves them. This is one reason why living in Leisureville remains very affordable.

Also, this is a senior community, for age 55 and above. In my experience, the residents and management are very pleasant. The homes are clean and neat, and the Woodland community is a great place to live. If you enjoy simple living (as I do), you might find this a wonderful place to live!

Lovely 55+ Mobile Home Village in Woodland. Friendly neighbors and staff and very convenient to shopping, etc.
