Absolutely fantastic yoga studio! Sean is a great teacher and brings such enthusiasm to all of his classes. This yoga studio is truly a great asset to our community.

For my first time it was great! I was really slow to move after everyone else and had to take several breaks, but everyone was kind and no judgments were made. There was mixed levels of experience in my class which made it fun and welcoming. I will definitely go back and hope to acclimate to the heat soon..
