Great sandwiches, helpful staff that make it just the way I want it (NOT Mike's way). Good quality food, though a bit pricey. Long lines at lunchtime & after work, but the employees are great & work as quickly as they can, to get everything done in a timely fashion (gotta say I feel sorry for these guys, they DESERVE to be well tipped!)

Tuna I had today here a Jersy Mike's and guess what guys. My food soul jumped out in happyness.. Delicious tuna sandwich with some jalapeños..I love spicyness.. guys is a must place to go for for your torpedos...God bless

wonderful service! the guy who made my sandwich offered to pay for me if I got it "Mikes way" and It is delicious! ( btw it's a turkey provolone w/ bacon and I'm eating it right now ). sadly I forgot to tip, so the next time I go there, I'll tip double! all in all: Fantastic! much better than subway!

Employees here are great. Recently visited this location today, had some lady next in line complain that her sandwich was cut in quarters and not thirds, threw a fit and slammed her hand on the counter because it was the end of the world for her. But being professionals, the employee by the name of Brittany handled the situation like a pro. Brittany, I apologize for the children you have to deal with sometimes, that the lady owes you an apology!! I will definitely be visiting this location again...

Accidently order a giant Italian sub in Ventura and I live in Santa Barbara. How does this happen? No idea. So, we made a day of it...drove 38 miles, picked up the sub, off to the beach.

Jersey Mike's has a good corporate standard, and these guys hit the mark. Fresh, packed full of deliciousness, neatly arranged, cut and welcoming. Almost like the pictures you see. Place was clean, and efficient, as on a Saturday in Ventura, they were busy.

Staff was friendly, and attentive. Not sure I'd drive 38 miles again, but I would stop here again.

Parking was not an issue. Nice shopping plaza, as well.

Order on line. Long wait. Ask for lettuces got this. Post my order aside for walk ins

Great food, very friendly service, decent price, clean restaurant = super happy customer! Every single time I come in, I’m greeted with smiles and accurate service. Kyle suggested adding grilled onions and chipotle mayo to my sub and it really added some great flavor! This is my favorite location.

This was one of my best visits! A few months ago, I swore off of Jersey Mike's due to this location. The staff and management were rude and messy. This time everyone seemed friendly and the gentleman with the glasses and tattoos was very nice and accommodating to my requests. Will go back for sure now!

I love this place! I get the California Club everytime even though it's not on the menu anymore. The manager remembers me when I come in and remembers my order haha. Great service and quality.
