Sold me a car where all the bushings in the front end and the CVs are disintegrating just a few months later. Tried to use the warranty they sold me, shops wanted to charge me a fee to take it because it is so hard to deal with for billing. I called the warranty place and they told me I needed to have the dealer do it. I went in and asked them to cancel it and they said they would, but did not. I went in today and the owner said he would not do anything for me. He said he's never refunded one of these warranties... Yeah when you refuse to do what the customer asks, I don't doubt it. Opened BBB complaint today, if that doesn't help I'll see him in court. Liars and thieves, do not do business with these unless you like disappointment.

Beware!! Do not buy from them! The salesman, Steve, told me he is a mechanic and looked over the vehicle that I purchased himself. Twelve miles after I drove the car off the lot, the check engine light came on. I called them right away. They said bring it in and they will take a look. Then they told me that they have to take it to someone else for repair. They kept it for a week, and then returned it and said that should take care of it, it was a turbo booster issue and the mechanics replaced a valve. The check engine light came on again within a few days. I took it directly to the shop they claimed fixed it a week before. The mechanic there told me that he told Courtesy Used Cars that he couldn’t fix it, that he didn’t work on that kind of car and he told them to tell me what was wrong with it and where to take it. Not only did Courtesy Used Cars never tell me what the first mechanic said, they made it seem like the repairs were made! After taking it to a 2nd mechanic, recommended by the 1st, I find out the car needs over $6500 worth of work just to get it running properly. The car was only $8500! And all of the repairs are things that have been wrong with the car, the 2nd mechanic was able to say with certainty that the check engine light was on previously and turned off before the sale of the car. As well as a bad oil leak, bad brakes, transmission work, motor mount leaking, shock absorbers leaking, and several other small things. The people at Courtesy Used Cars are dishonest and deceitful, do not purchase a car from them!! And if you absolutely have to, make sure to bring a mechanic with you to look over the vehicle. Do not take their word that a mechanic checked the vehicle!!

These guys are a bunch of crooks! They sold a 09 BMW X5 for 10k. Only had it for 3 weeks when it broke down on the side of the road. We had it towed to a BMW dealership. They took video of their diagnostic. DEALER PRESSURE WASHED THE UNDERSIDE SO U COULDN'T SEE ALL LEAKS /DAMAGE! JUST TO GET BACK ON THE ROAD WILL COST US 10K!!! EVERYTHING FROM HEADS WERE CRACKED, ENGINE MOUNTS GONE, NEEDS ALL OIL PAN REPLACED WITH NEW HOSES, TRANSMISSION AND ENGINE ARE DONE FOR!! Dealer has washed his hands from it and won't help!! CROOKS!!

So disappointed ☹ thought we had a great little car and they seemed friendly. But our check engine light came on as we were driving the car home from the dealer, and now the speedometer isn’t working. Contrary to their name they have not returned our calls or responded to our requests for almost 2 weeks. BUYER BEWARE!!!
