Coastal Softub and Spa-Warehouse

Coastal Softub was excellent to deal with for ordering hot tub that arrived in just one week! Best part was delivery crew set up the unit and provided excellent instructions & a ‘care kit’ with chemicals & chlorine/Ph test kit. We love our Portico tub; great design with soft interior/exterior, locking hood top, cost efficient for power usage, many jets and two lights w/ multiple color options. We look forward to many years of use & continued interaction with this great company & array of care products!

I recently purchased a Whirlpool 481 from Coastal Spa. Alyre guided me throughout the process. She is a true professional in her field. She coordinated the delivery process to completion. The spa is awesome and I highly recommend Alyre and Coastal Spa.

Great Customer Service. We purchased a spa from Coastal Softub. Alyer the manager manager was super helpful and accommodating when we came in to look at all the different spa choices. She was very informative and answered all of our questions. With her help, we picked the perfect spa for our property. The spa was delivered on time and very professionally by Freddie. The only problem was the fact that the spa that was delivered had a bent frame. This is where Kamal came to the rescue. He came out to our house and inspected the spa and confirmed that the frame was bent. He told me right away that he would make sure that the manufacturer would replace the spa for as. After a couple weeks of communicating back and forth, Kamal called me to tell me that the spa would be replaced at no charge to us. A few weeks later, Freddie came with the new spa in perfect condition. This place treats customers the way all businesses should treat their customers. If we were to ever buy another spa, it would definitely be from Coastal Softub and Spa-Warehouse. We really appreciate all that they did for us to make sure that we were satisfied.

After a wet test we bought our hot tub here a few years ago and we love it. It’s not the biggest, most expensive spa but the time and service we always get from Jim and co. makes us feel like our business matters to them. Even though the Rona is making things bananas for businesses they still took the time recently to answer my questions and had what I needed in stock. I really wish everyone did business like these folks and I hope they’re around for a very long time.

My wife and I looked around for over two years and never felt good about making that big of decision without testing the tubs. Even after the wet tests we were not convinced. We were looking for powerful jets that we could feel which would act as a water massage. Most tubs felt wimpy to us and we were about to go with a built in, but first stopped at Jim's place to see what he had going on. He explained to us that if we purchased a tub with 3 motors, we'd have all the power we'd ever need. I was skeptical because I've only felt that kind of power on a custom built in, but Jim convinced us to give it a try. He was 100% right, it is more than enough power and we find ourselves adjusting down after the first few minutes because it kind of blows you out of your seat and you need to fight to stay put with the pressure coming your way. The power adjusters are near each seat and you can control the flow from each seat. We we turn on all three motors and crank up the power, the tub looks like a water ride or a volcano of water. Very relaxing and therapeutic. I could not recommend Jim and his team more highly from the sale to the installation, to the training on how to use it. Good job Jim, Michael

I purchased one of their soft tubs a few years ago at the Ventura Fair. Continues to work perfectly and it's a fun way to spend the end of a good day. At their retail store, the owner can be found at the counter and he is delightful to talk to and do business with. I just went there to purchase some chlorine and other stuff for the tub. He was a great help and a wealth of knowledge on how to keep your unit going strong. I'm glad we got our unit from Softub.

Jim is knowledgeable helpful and pleasant. I bought a soft tub from here about 10 years ago and have been going here for supplies and help since then. I've always gotten good service and called whenever I had an issue. They also have larger hot tubs now and prices are good service is great.

Wonderful experience with their staff. Found their quality and price points to be the better value than anywhere else in the area. Delivery crew was on time and did a good job navigating a tough delivery. Jim even came out to the house and did a full orientation with us after we had the spa for a few days. Highly recommend this company.

We have been working with Jim and Spa Warehouse for about 10 years now. He helped us get repairs and with chemicals for our last spa and then sold us a new spa for our new house 2 months ago. We love working with them, very affordable spas and chemicals, good advice, and great customer service!

It took us over a year to make the big splurge and buy our swim spa. We had shopped at several spa stores then chose Spa-Warehouse because of the non-pushy, knowledgeable team. The owner came out himself to oversee the installation and explain proper maintenance. Amazing customer service and a really good price. We love it.

I had a good experience with this company! My order and delivery/installation all were professionally done, and they fixed all my issues quickly. They even came out on a Saturday. 😄

Bought a softub there 16 years ago and it still works like new. Sprung two hose leaks because the plastic hose ends at the pump got hard and split but I just cut them back an inch to the soft stuff, used two new stainless steel hose clamps for aesthetic reasons and it was good as new. Great product. Chemicals are expensive but a hot tub is a luxury item so I can't complain just like I can't gripe about the cost of owning my Benz. If you want something nice you pay the freight and shut up.

First experience with the store and was impressed before I even arrived. Due to Covid, we had to make an appointment. I called and left message and within minutes got a call back to not only make the appointment, but to answer my multiple technical questions. Once at the store, the experience was at our pace resulting in a purchase of a Bullfrog hot tube I know will be a perfect for us!

A “Soft Tub” is the way to go! It’s worth every penny. The hot tub is always Hot. It's Deep too and gives the best Massage. The spa is also very portable. Plug and Play. This hot tub is sturdy and strong,and has a thermal cover. The only one I know that can go to 106 degrees. The temperature is constant, and ready whenever you are, morning ,noon, or night. It has a tried and true technology that is unique, making the energy cost minimal. That’s why only "Soft Tub" can give you all of these. *Be prepared to monitor the chemistry of the hot tub water daily.

We recently moved to Santa Barbara and found our spa at Spa-Warehouse this past summer. It's everything we were looking for and more. Jim (owner) helped us choose what we needed and spent a lot of time explaining the difference choices. We got to try out the spa in the showroom for ourselves and do a wet test which was helped make our final decision.
