In any case Bob's has not only consistently shown up for my parents in numerous ways for several vehicles over the years, but they show up for lil' ol me as well! Just this last week I had returned home to a car that hadn't been driven for 16 months. Among other issues, the car battery was dead and there was an ecosystem of moss and other items on the windshield.

In any other reality, this would have led to a call to AAA, a tow, the purchase and installation of a new battery and then a separate trip to a mechanic...not mine. With a quick call down Bob's, I explained my sitation and Pete came to the rescue. He sourced the battery locally, had one of his guys pick it up, then personally deliver and install on site AT MY MOM'S HOUSE. Then good old Ralph, drove the car down to Bob's where they did a complete tune up, topped off all the fluids and yes even removed the eco-system. I would tell you my grand total, but it felt like some sort of royal treatment so just in case I'll keep it quiet ;-) Let's just say no AAA credits were used, and all we had to pay for was the battery. These guys are increddible. I have purchased one new car in my life and leased another. Aside from those two though, I am a used car lady all the way and wouldn't reccomend purchasing your used car anywhere else!!

Bob’s Fine cars is the only place I will ever go to buy a car. I just got a low mileage 2022 Kia SUV (2nd car purchase with them). They were Extremely honest, kind, transparent, fair and I got a very good deal with zero haggling on a high quality vehicle. 100% satisfied. Though I moved out of Humboldt county, I will still drive 8 hours for this place. I feel like I need a shower and therapy after most car dealerships, don’t you?? Bob’s Fine cars=the best!!!!

Absolutely incredible customer service. I rarely write reviews but it was just such a lovely experience that I had to. My husband and I are still in the research phase of figuring out which car we'd like to get, and Peter took the time to give us the pros and cons of the style of vehicle we were looking at, and comparisons with vehicles we didn't even know about. You can tell that they take pride in getting only the best used cars, and we didn't feel any pressure at all to buy something that day since we were still researching. I've been to quite a few dealerships over the years and many times the wife will be ignored in favor of speaking to the husband, and this wasn't the case here either. Peter spoke to us both equally and made us both feel very at ease. Just wonderful service.

Good people! Very helpful with first time buyers...no high pressure here! They offer newer used cars that still have factory warranties. Third generation in business and at current location which has been operating since the 1960's. Bob (father) and Peter (son) owners and the only salesmen and Sally (office manager) are good, kind, helpful people. They put you at ease and make you feel like extended family. You can trust them to put you into a good vehicle that will fit into your needs and budget. I very highly recommend them and will return to them when I buy another car.

Every experience I've had with Bob and his son Peter has been positive. During business calls years ago I saw him take care of customers without hesitation. Earlier this week I was looking for a low mileage used car for my son. Bob and Peter gave us a very fair deal, went above and beyond in addressing one small concern and made the whole experience gratifying. Our transaction took three visits, one with my wife, one test driving and one to do the paperwork. Never on any of the visits was there even a hint of pressure to buy. Just great service. Thank you! This is the BEST and ONLY place I will ever buy a car!!! I cant tell you how great the service here is. They are kind, welcoming, I feel like family when I go. They walked me through the entire process and was patient when I took a few days to think it over.
They did my 1st oil change for free, and even washed my car! BOB, Sherri, and Pete all feel like friends, and I enjoy comimg back to chat with them. They offer coffee , cookies.. and even fresh apples from Bobs tree. :)
My car is amazing. I have had it about 5 months now... and I love every second of my mini Cooper.
They let me pop in one day and took a look at my car when i thought it was making a noise... no charge.

Just Bought the beautiful Red Lexus CT200h, what a great feeling to walk on to a lot and not be attacked by every sales person. They treat you like family and understand you need time to just look around, when I picked up the car Bob went over everything with me and the his son Peter sat with me in the car to explain all the bells and whistles. Love the old fashion customer service. Would I buy here again YES.
