I walked in and asked to get a replacement for a drink that was made bad at another location. They said it was no problem and remade my drink for free. It’s the best Frappuccino I’ve ever had:)

As you know if you follow me, I love Starbucks! David, the associate on duty today at this particular Starbucks, made this visit one of my best in weeks. He, and all who work there, are kind, efficient, and frenetic-- working at a fast pace while making customers feel welcome. That's a herculean task but one they do well.

Love me some Starbucks in the morning and this location delivers the Starbuck brand in all aspects.

Friendly staff and they're extremely efficient. Definitely my favorite place to go for coffee while working down in woodland. Thank you hard working employees

This is the only place that does the frozen strawberry acia refresher lemonade right!!

The new gal didn't tell us the sandwich we ordered were out till we picked up our other orders. Cmon now. She could of said something right away. We're from Marin county all else was good. Lil faster would be good.

I've gone to this Starbucks for years. Occasionally they get my order wrong. I usually just drink it and go about my day. No biggy. A couple days ago I got my drink and it was yucky. I wouldn't normally call, but I did that day and they were so nice about it. I came back in a couple days later and ordered my drink. They replaced it with no charge and they gave me a $4 off card. Great costomer servive:D Everyone is always friendly and quick. Best Starbucks in Woodland!

If you feel like you're lost finding this place it means you're in the right spot. Hands down the best coffee I've had in a long time. Western vibe and great staff. Definitely bringing my family back here.

COFFEE!! They switched from using "classic" to using a simple syrup, which I think is actually the same thing in a different concentrate. Aside from that, the coffee is good, the drive through is quick, and you can mobile order if you're in a rush. Everyone is courteous and friendly and they're all usually in a good mood.

I can’t say enough about the staff and service they provide at this Starbucks. With my job I frequent 5 to 6 different locations a day and usually have large orders. This particular shop in woodland usually gets atleast 10 different drinks everytime I come in. They are always friendly and fast no matter how busy they are and even have gone so far as to save a box to carry all my drinks out. Every business depends on its employees abilities to provide a great atmosphere and make customers feel welcome. I always have that experience at Starbucks Pioneer.

The manager, Ashley, was awesome. Made our visit very pleasant. She remembered me from way back and made a point to say hello. We'll confree back to this place again.

Textbook Starbucks Service - Although I have to note that this location sets the bar significantly higher than any other location I have frequented. They are quick not only to remember your "go to" drink (if you have one) but the nuances of the order.

This was the most friendly staff I have ever met at any coffee shop and they all seemed happy as well, What a great way to start my day !

Excellent service from the cashier, the barista and who handed out our hot items. What a nice team! I wish they were closer to my home, as I only get to go this store when I travel thru SMF

I just went like 20 mins ago this is the best Starbucks coffee I ever had he put his foot in it I had from this location multiple times but guy who made it today made it so bomb 💣

Friendly employees and even better drinks lol I love Starbucks. Never had any problems with them or their employees. My drinks always come out delicious 😋

Exactly what you would expect, quick friendly service, the coffee is fairly good, and the food is fairly good. Nothing outstanding, but you know what you're getting and it is consistent.

The employees at this Starbucks are super friendly and they've never screwed up any portion of my order.
