Cascade Motel

The place is coming along great. The previous owner had become ill and could no longer take care of things so it got a little neglected . Now his daughter has taken over and pored so much into it including her blood sweat and tears along with the small crew that backs her up. About a 3rd of the units have been renovated to be brought back to life again. Each unit is thoroughly inspected and treated with a state of the art heating system that eliminates any possibility for any unwanted guest. About 45 % of the exterior has been repaired and painted. And this summer the front half will be painted along with the main house. The trouble makers have pretty much all been evicted and it is a tight nit little complex of long term renters. The property is under 24 hr surveillance backed up by all the people that watch everything. So if u don't belong then u won't be around there but a minute before someone runs u off. But just in the last year I've seen an amazing effort from Cindy and her husband Mickey and the crew. Consisting of the assistant manager , a cleaner/heat system tech, and the 2 repair men all onsite. It's coming along . It's a project that takes time but the surrounding businesses seem to be happy with the progress. The building is now in compliance with the city code enforcement and fire marshal. Shout out to lake city towing and MDR auto repair and Greenacres rv park. Whoop whoop. Team Cascade!

I love the palm trees and the courtyard. The property manager is friendly and the rooms are reasonably priced. Great location only a few miles from downtown and the sun dial.

This quiet little cottage-style motel has a great personality; like a tiny little village, everyone is neighborly, and the management is very personable. Perfect for singles or couples, this peaceful place is just the right price whether you just need a night or two, or a monthly rental.

New owners really clean the place up it's going to be a nice place to live again
