They were AMAZING..Everything went so smoothly with the Allen & Dahl team picking up the slack for me when I couldn’t. I would strongly recommend the Allen & Dahl team to handle all of your needs. I lost my husband at the young age of 44. To say this was a shock and unexpected is an understatement. I had no idea what I was doing or what to expect and Jeanette and Heather walked me step by step through the process making sure I was OK and understood everything. I highly recommend them and their team to anyone going through this process.

I was so impressed with the care and attention we received when having to decide the details of my husband's final details. My daughter and I went there dreading a salesman trying to talk us into a bunch of things we did not need or want. We were shocked when we told the person who sat down with us what we wanted he said he understood and made it so easy and painless never tried to sale us anything we hadn't asked for. Heather was informative and kept us updated every step of the way. We had heard of nightmares where people we knew were pressured into buying things. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Allen and Dahl were thorough and very efficient. Jeanette was so nice and understanding. She walked me through the entire process and made it so much easier for me. Their follow up to see if they can help in any way was wonderful.

They were very considerate and caring. They offered a lot of support "if wanted". I had to handle all of my interactions with then from out of town but they made it very east and helped me figure out what all i need to take care of. Hopefully I will not have to work with them again but if you have to I would highly recommend them.

I lost my husband in March of this year due to covid pneumonia. We too had caught the plague as well and were quarantined by Shasta Co. I could not even make arrangements for my husband. Allen & Dahl were so understanding of the situation and made it possible for my Aunt to handle the services for us. They took excellent care of my husband and respected our final wishes for his arrangements. They also periodically checked in on us during our bereavement and provided suggestions for grieving programs. The staff were kind and patient with us. I highly respect and recommend this facility and I thank them for their services.

The people who work here are extremely kind. They care and they are exceptional. They are helping me through the hardest day of my life with such grace and professionalism.

Everything was good. Christine and Jeanette were very kind and so helpful. . One big disappointment was the guest book and folders were not put in the entrance of service and they were handed to me when leaving the service to put my father in the ground . This was upsetting as many did not sign and receive folders either. This was the only thing that was not acceptable. We spent money to have this in place. We did receive stamps from Allen and Dahl to mail them to people that did not receive them but the guest book many did not sign. I was told this was going to be addressed and reprimanded but this does not resolve the loss of signatures of family and friends and the expense of money that was spent to have these things in place

Took them almost a Month to cremate my Dad,which made Mourning worse. I kept having to drive by the funeral home knowing my Dad was still laying in there.NOT Good! Make sure you ssk how long it will take! Supposed to be couple days!

It has been over 3 weeks and still no ashes and no death certificates. Not happy . I paid in full . Called 3 times and still no response or call back
