Location couldn’t be any better for access to downtown Redding, Caldwell Park, Sundial Bridge.
For long term stays, I would recommend.
Fair affordable price.
Family and child friendly.

We have been spending time in gold beach for the 40 years we have been married. We out grew that place we have been staying in for years. It was time to find something new. This place did not disappoint! Affordable, clean, quiet, and comfy it had everything we needed so I won’t have to pack so much next time. Hot tub was amazing! After staying in the same place for 20 years we found a new place to make memories in gold beach.
We will be back for sure!

So far, so good! We have been here for two months and it has been great. Neighbors mostly keep to their own business, but if you pass by someone they'll wave and say hello. The manager is fantastic and incredibly helpful. The lot sizes are good.

Aesthetically, Turtle Bay is so very beautiful. There are huge, mature trees that basically make a canopy over the entire park. It's so close to Turtle Bay and many other Redding attractions. Steve, the manager was so friendly while he was showing us around.

Management is very good, been around now for about 3-4 months and I have had no issues that they couldn't take care of fast. I would recommend this place to anyone, people are friendly and the manager (Steve) is a go getter good guy.

Turtle Bay mobile home park is a nice place to live close to the river trail close to the river easy access to the store shopping everything it's a really nice place to live.

This is the place to be. You have all the amenities of the park,river, and sundial Bridge. Beautiful

This place is historical , it's where workers lived while working gravel for Shasta Dam , needs a infrastructure overhaul , beautiful setting
