My room was large, clean and beautiful! I would stay here again and it is easy to get back to the freeway but you don't hear it! Priced right too! This place would be great for friends who want to enjoy the river! Enjoy...

Very clean, very reasonable price point <$100/night. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed. Modern furnishings. Well lit parking lot. We stayed in Room #125 and the shower handle is broken amd it was difficult to get it turned for hot water. We were up at 7am and no breakfast. The bedside lights were very bright it would be an easy fix with warmer light bulbs. I would pick this motel above the rest, they clearly care about their customers.

I changed my hotel to the value in a week before needing to stay and I'm so glad I did. The beds were comfortable, there was eco-friendly bath products, enough towels for my family of 6. There was a fridge and microwave in the room and several streaming services for our enjoyment as well as free wifi.

Beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, friendly staff, fridge and microwave work great. The water pressure in the shower is amazing as well :)
Continental breakfast is currently: yogurt, granola/fig bar, coffee and tea, and a banana (for me this was perfect cuz I don't normally eat a big breakfast).

I would totally stay here again. Just a simple 2 star hotel run by a family. No glitz, just accommodating service.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bed comfortable.
For this price range it’s probably the nicest I’ve stayed inn.
New solid floors, (they mop every day) (no carpet, YUCK). A mopped floor is clean.
Crown molding, recessed lighting, nice new furniture, solid surface counter, tile floor and wall in bathroom, fridge ,microwave. And a secure front door.
Really quite nice, most people would be happy with if their own house was remodeled to look this way.
You won’t be disappointed.

This motel is by far one of the cleanest and most comfortable motels I have ever stayed at. When checking out I even asked what beds they have, they are more comfortable than mine at home!! On top of this, the service was great, they were very helpful and friendly. They are very knowledgable about the surrounding area and gave me some great recommendations on where to eat and what to go see. If I'm looking for a place to stay in this area again there's no doubt I'll be back here. On top of being clean quiet and comfortable, the rates are hard to beat!

This is a true gem. The rooms were nice and clean. What really stood out was the customer service. The guy at the service desk recommend a local Thai place that was SO good. I also forgot my pillows here and they kept the safe and clean for me to pick up on my way back through .

I just wanted to email and give my appreciation to your employee that was working last evening 12/14/21.
I had to be in Redding for training and had booked through booking.com on 12/12/21 and there was an issue with my credit card ( I couldn’t update it on the app) and so my booking was canceled yesterday afternoon.
Your employee took his time to call me and let me know that there was an issue and he would need to release the room or he could help my re-book.
He went ahead and fixed it and gave me the same room rate (which was a extremely reasonable)as I had originally had thru the third party app.
When I got to the hotel pretty late he was so helpful and very efficient and quickly got me checked in and out of the freezing weather. The room was a very very pleasant surprise! Very clean and updated. The hotel is In what seemed to be a very safe area without the homeless and local druggie convention hanging out in the parking lot that I have encountered in many of the Redding area hotels. So as a solo female I felt safe.
There was a microwave and fridge/freezer combo in the room . The bed was absolutely amazing(💤😴💤 ) and the bathroom extremely clean(which is #1on most female travelers check list) definitely a 10/10!!!
So a huge thank you from this weary traveler!
I will definitely be recommending your motel to all of my coworkers as they also will be training In Redding for the next 6 months and I plan on booking with you through out the coming months.

Love this motel! Highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for an affordable and comfortable stay. The staff here is highly attentive and very kind. The rooms are super clean and the beds were so comfortable I couldn’t be anymore content.

Great location, quiet spot, great customer service and inexpensive. Booking.com offered us the best deal and couldn't have been more pleased. But, they do need to put lamps in the rooms because the ceiling lights are just way too effin bright

Needed a place to stay in Redding & couldn’t be more pleased to stay here. The room was big and very clean. Fast food and Dutch Bros coffee were only a 5 minute walk! I would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks for having me!

What a beautiful stay! The to-go bagged breakfast was great, the rooms super clean, and the staff so friendly. The memory foam beds were unbelievable! Can't wait to come back again! :)

Was in Redding for the first time had a great experience. The Inn was run by the owner and they gave great care to the guests. They were very thoughtful with their bagged breakfast to go, it really made it easy in the morning to pick that up on your way out. When passing through here will definitely stay here again.

I had a great experience here. My kids loved it too. The room was a good size and it was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful. Can’t wait to visit again soon !

Loved my stay here! Rooms were comfortable for good price and staff was very nice! It gave the best view for Fourth of July fireworks at the Value Inn & Suites, would definitely return!

I totally recommend this motel! Very affordable and rooms were spotless. On top of that bed was very comfy, I slept like a baby! For sure will be back next time I come back to the area

This is a great place to rest and spend time in Redding. Cashiers was friendly. Room was pretty clean. I would suggest over other Motels in area. It's a little more expensive but they watch over their guests better.

Loved it. I stay in a hotel in Redding every weekend and this is my favorite so far for the price. Staff was extremely nice and the room was clean and comfortable. If I could make any complaint it’s that the internet is a bit slow and you have to pay $6 to upgrade it.

Amazing motel! They provided anything I needed and the rooms were super clean… it is the perfect place to spend the weekend! If I am ever back in Redding I am staying here for sure!!!
