We love Rent a Center, they have been pleasant and very helpful. We purchased a TV set and we sent it back for repairs, the problem could not be resolved and low and behold a brand new one was delivered! They have been prompt with deliveries, kind and curteous and it's a fun place to shop.

They always are helping you and they try to give you the best deals. They want your bussness. They are also not pushy about selling things. If you are going to be late on a payment they are willing to work with you.
