I came in for a what I thought was a bad alternator and tires. A big car bill I wasn't looking forward to. Upon check out, I found I only needed a battery and there was a nail in my tire. They fixed my tire for free and a brand new battery for under $200. They checked to make sure my car was safe which is a huge piece of mind for and older women. The staff was so friendly and the technician were fast and professional. Thank you for being here for us in Humboldt county ❤

I have been meaning to write this review for awhile now. They are absolutely amazing and honest. I usually end up paying less than what they quoted me because once they get into it sometimes they find it didn’t need everything they thought it would initially and don’t take advantage of people. I also got a brand new engine for my car for a recall issue for FREE. They recognized the problem immediately and told me to take it to the dealer. They didn’t charge me a dime for the diagnostic. They also repaired a hole in my tire recently for no charge. I absolutely love them!

Fantastic people working there. We were stuck on a road trip from Washington State on a Sunday afternoon. The fixed our tire for free(valve stem)and got us back on the road . Much Thanks to the lady that took care of us and the tech that fixed it. You saved us a lot of trouble. Recommend them highly.!

Dianna was very helpful when I called to inquire about new tires, options, pricing, and scheduling an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, they were friendly and efficient and got it done in an hour. They took great care of me and my vehicle. I will definitely be back in the future.

I have had to come in twice in the last couple of months because of a nail in my tire. And they fit me right in and fix the first one and replaced the second one while I waited. I've been going to them for years and I like the people there especially Chris and Diana. In fact I recently recommended Firestone in Eureka to a friend of mine.

I called letting asking if they would be able to help me out due to my tire being low. I was told that they might not be able to see me due to it being almost the end of the day and they were booked. I ended up just going in to see if maybe they could see what they could do, and they ended up being able to help me out turns out I had a nail in my tire 😑. These guys are amazing!! They have no idea how much they helped this mom thank you thank you.

About three weeks ago I brought in a flat spare tire (full sized from Subaru) asking how much a repair from a nail puncture might run me. I was told $19. It was well worth that price to me so I was pleased. When I stopped back in to pick it up, I was told, “No charge … have a great rest of your day!” delivered with a big friendly smile. I was stunned for a minute. How very nice! Absolutely made my day! I’ll be back … great service with a smile! Thanks again!

Five-star service without question. They're fast and quite affordable for tires and oil changes. I recently brought my car in to have a nail removed but since it didn't puncture the inner wall, they removed it and didn't charge me for anything. I highly recommend them.

Best tire shop in town. Friendly staff, affordable prices on parts and labor and helpful with a wide variety of maintenance issues.

On vacation in Eureka, our rental got 2 flat tires!! Brought it to Firestone, Chris Venett hooked us up with 2 tires, (at a fair price!) recommended an awesome breakfast spot we could walk to, then called us when they were done. They were busy, but got us done in about an hour and a half. VERY nice guy, great service, saved our vacation, I highly recommend!!!

Always busy, even with that pressure everyone working is always very helpful.
One extra thing, they have never tried to over sell unnecessary services.
Which is greatly appreciated!

I was very pleased to get great customer service from Chris Venett , the Store Manager. I needed two tires on our 2023 Toyota Camry which was a rental with 10k miles on it and I found out that the side walls on 2 tires were “May Pops!” which means that the 2 tires may pop at any time. I was lucky because Chris gave me a great price and it was done in a about one hour. Thank you Chris for all of your help.

Our car needed a new alternator and battery after having it towed on a road trip. Even on a busy weekend they managed to get the car on the road by 2 pm Sunday. Excellent customer service. They made an unfortunate delay a positive experience. Choose them for reliability and great customer service.

These guys are so good! Truly professional. They're knowledgeable, friendly, always willing to explain things to me, have reasonable prices, and best of all they are so kind. I never take my car anywhere else.
