Mark is very knowledgeable not only about the market and what kinds of offers work but also about the houses. He was able to help visualize and get a better understanding of what repairs would be needed in a home to fit what we wanted. He is very flexible with his schedule and on our new home we were able to go see it the same day it came on the market and place a bid that same night, which I believe was one of the reasons why our offer was accepted. Throughout the process he was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. We really felt like he was invested in us getting the house that was right for us. I would definitely recommend Mark to anyone looking to buy.

I’m not the most receptive person when it comes to meeting people in sales. I like to do some research first. We met Mark at an open house and he recommended a mortgage company to us. I followed up with research on both the mortgage company and Mark (from multiple sources) and both had glowing reviews. We decided to hire Mark as our agent and we’re super happy that we did. He did a great job figuring out a very picky couple with conflicting ideas about where we wanted to live. We found the perfect house and with some help from Mark, we got it for much less than expected, then managed to close early due to his mortgage recommendation. I would without hesitation and wholeheartedly recommend Mark Gallagher as a realtor. My wife and I have been genuinely casually looking at houses for about eight years. We were reasonably content in our house and really only open to the possibility of buying If we ever happened on to our “Dream home” . In that time I would say we’ve worked with 20+ realtors. Here’s some ways Mark stood out far and above anyone we worked with before. We told him we were very casually looking he said we could just reach out and he would be happy to show us anything we were interested in . He asked us what kind of house we were looking for and he only sent those that fit the criteria. We did start looking at houses. Mark arrived well prepared with knowledge of the homes and property and surrounding area. If he didn’t know the answer to any questions we asked, he said he would find out the answer and indeed got back to us usually the same day with any questions we had. He never tried to upsell or pressure us or sway us in any way. He was very friendly and polite not offering any opinions just standing back and offering information as we asked for it. We looked at several properties (mostly weekends and evenings) and did end up finding our “dream house”with Mark. He took us back three times and helped us immensely through the entire process of buying and even gave us great references were used to this day for landscaping and other services. Mark seemed sincerely interested in our family and helping us find a house perfect for us. We consider him a friend now and again would definitely give him five stars and our solid referral.

While I can honestly say since I was a Licensed Realtor in the state of California, that Mark Gallagher is a highly recommended as well knowledgeable Realtor. I could not even compare myself to his ability and patience working tirelessly with me to make sure my family was happy and helped us get the home of our dreams. Mark not only had patience with me and my family, he gave me the respect that was of a high standard and professionalism, and listened to my wife's dream and blended her's with mine, to pinpoint the right home that met both of our requirements.
