This five star rating specifically is dedicated to Perry with Craig Swapp and associates.
Initially I had someone else on their team working with me who wasn't up to the task. This caused me a lot of frustration and further stress, and I found myself doing much of the leg work of the Job. The former people have chosen another path and moved on from the firm.
Life happens, and sometimes you just have to decide and choose weather or not to be and remain offended, and choose how to move forward.
When I asked for someone else to take over, Perry came on board and totally rose to the challenge of taking over my case. I chose to remain with the firm and allow them the opportunity to make good on services for hire. Perry has been very attentive, and thoroughly involved, on point, consistent and punctual in communication with me.
I highly recommend if you choose to go with this firm, have patience, compassion and understanding, and definitely speak up and advocate for yourself, in what your needs are. Since Perry took over, I never had wait long at all for a phone call back, and he dove right in, demonstrating excellent work ethic, and willingness to be of service, with compassion, understanding, and patience.
I'm grateful for all of his hard work.

First, I would like to say thank you to the staff of Craig Swapp & Associates for taking care of my vehicle injury case that was caused by another driver. It’s been many years since I have had any vehicle accidents. The Craig Swapp team have treated me with compassion and empathy from the very first call to the present. Investigator, Derek Sanders, came out to my house and we talked about the claim which definitely made it easier for me because my injuries prevented me from driving. My Attorney, Glenn Godfrey, called me and we went over the four phases of my claim in detail. He sent me a follow-up text message about what we had talked about. I have been keeping my Case Manager, Misty, up to date with new developments in my claim. All the relationships have worked out great. I would definitely recommend going though Craig Swapp & Associates for any legal matters concerning vehicle accidents. They have made my difficult time a lot easier. Again, thank you.

I first contacted Craig Swapp and Associates when I was a passenger in a car accident on July 31, 2022. I was immediately assigned to Misty as my contact person for any questions and information. From the get-go, Misty was on it every single time, and always so pleasant and encouraging whenever I would contact her with a question or forward any information about the accident. I still have not met this woman in person, but it’s almost like from the very beginning, we connected very well. I feel that Misty is extremely professional, and an asset to Craig Swapp and his Associates. I was treated with the greatest respect by both Misty and Glenn and was well pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend Craig Swapp and Associates!

For the most part, I have had a satisfactory experience. The biggest complaint that I would have would be that I have had to initiate contact and have not known what was going on with my case unless I reached out. I appreciate not having to deal with the insurance company on my own, but I feel that the communication could’ve been better. Still, I am generally satisfied and do give a five star rating.

I have been working with Craig Swapp & Associates regarding a very difficult motorcycle accident case involving my Father-In-Law for close to 2 years. He was in the hospital for 7 months, and I therefore was his point of contact for his legal case as well as his medical care. I cannot say enough positive words about the care and work that Glen and Misty have given to this case. Misty in particular has worked diligently -fighting every step of the way to get him what little compensation was even available. I would not hesitate to call them again if ever in need!

Great experience with Craig Swapp & Associates and my attorneys. They were kind and helped speed the process along, making the lawsuit shorter that what normally happens with other clients. My attorney Erin, and her assistant, Christina, were amazing and I would definitely recommend this team. Erin was very kind and thought of me as a person, really fighting on my behalf when the court hearing came. I loved working with them, and in the case that something happens again, I would love to work with Erin and her team again.

From the minute I called Craig Swapp and talked to Sarah I felt safe and validated. They listened
to me and gave me honest advice and answered all my questions. When I was in the hospital, Sarah talked to my kids and spent time answering their questions. They are kind, comforting and so knowledgeable. Without doubt I would refer Sarah and Glenn to anyone in this situation. They went above and beyond nothing I expected.

I had an investigator Doug fly in from Utah to come take on my case because the local investigators were busy or sick. It was the best experience I have ever had and this is my 2nd experience with them. He was very knowledgeable and informative with lots of experience. He was very kind respectful and helpful. Definitely learned a lot of things I found useful and beneficial. He really seem to care and wanting to help in anyway he can. I also had an awesome experience with the receptionist that took my call she was very friendly and helpful.

I had hired Craig Swapp for an accident that that had occurred back in 2022. I was recommended by my mother who had used them before forever accident. I was not expecting much out if the settlement but to have someone help me process this set back in life. Which they did an outstanding job at. I had been assigned to Misty and Glenn. Mos tof my communication though had been through Misty. She had kept me in the loop every step of the way and was extremely sympathetic of the situation and explained every process in detail. I give Glenn and misty 1000/10. They listened to all of what happened and did their best for my daughter and I to get closure for what happened. I'm amazed by Misty and Glenn at Craig Swapp and Associates. Misty was my case manager, and she made the process so easy for me to follow. Beyond that, she genuinely cared about my well-being in recovery and demonstrated empathy and compassion when I started to feel burnt out on the lengthy process of healing.

Glenn is a beast, and I mean that in the best possible way as he is definitely a fierce advocate for his clients. Also, he's really funny and apparently very tall; though, I cannot confirm this and just took his word for it.

They both went to great lengths to ensure that I received the largest settlement possible, and I am actually shocked at the results. I had been debating about whether I should call a lawyer, and I'm so glad I trusted my instincts and made the call. If you're questioning whether you should, just make the call. I truly believe that they view every case, no matter how small, as deserving of their time.
