Mattress Land is the ABSOLUTELY the best!!! My family and I have been purchasing mattresses from them for the last 19 years, and we get the incredible service every single time! We have been working with the manager, Thomas Wilson, since we began going there, and he is AMAZING!! He takes so much time to listen and to show us mattresses that he feels will be just right for us. It’s awesome to walk in and be remembered, even though it’s been 7 years since we’ve been in to purchase a mattress. My family and I are definitely forever customers!!

Wonderful sales person! He listened to what we were looking for and let us try out a whole bunch of different mattresses. No pressure. Not rushed or pushy! Great experience even with four kids. Very patient with my children! Got an awesome new mattress and base for a great price! Would definitely recommend friends and family to purchase from this store! Set up guys were great! On time, friendly and very helpful! Great experience!!!!

We have purchased 5 beds over the years from Thomas at Mattress Land in North Spokane, and we will continue to buy from Thomas. This was our first time going into a mattress store. Thomas was more than accommodating. He let us try out many different mattresses and really took the time to go through all the available options with us and answered all of the questions we had. We ended up finding the perfect mattress and adjustable frame we really wanted for the price we wanted. He even price matched a deal from a different mattress outlet that was going on at the time for us. I highly recommend visiting this location if you’re in the market for a new bed or bed frame. Mattress Land on Division has always been my "go to" for new mattresses. This is my third purchase with them over many decades, and two of them with Thomas. Thomas makes the actual purchasing process easy and quick. He takes time to listen and provide mattress, pillow, sheet, and protector options that fit you. He is patient and goes the extra mile, even staying past closing to ensure our purchase was complete! He is honest and never high pressure sales, very knowledgeable and thorough. The company stands behind their products and your experience, in my opinion.

We visited several different mattress companies in town but ultimately came back to this one. Thomas was honest and personable. Didn’t even consider talking us into something that wasn’t in our budget. He was straight to the point and felt like we got honest answers. He found ways to get us good deals and were upfront with us about costs. He answered all of my questions and if he didn’t know, he looked it up or called another store to ensure he was giving us the correct information.
We haven’t received our mattress yet (it’s only been 2 days, I’m not concerned) so I can’t speak to the delivery or mattress details yet, but the customer service here was amazing.

Went in to look at pillows as I’m having a bit of trouble with my neck. The man who helped me (can’t remember his name 😕) was very very helpful offering suggestions regarding firmness and height of pillow. All in all, a good experience. I’ll go back when I need a new mattress.

Honestly, working with them was a relief. Everything was quick and easy and they were able to work within my budget no questions asked. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Thomas was very helpful with trying out different mattresses, listened to my wants and didn't try and upsell me on anything. Showed me a few different mattresses, and not just the store brand. Was very cool with me checking out different stores afterwards, and looked into getting me a discount without being asked for one.

Mattress Land was phenomenal! The sales folks weren't pushy, but we're very helpful and answered all my questions. I felt that he was really trying to help me find the right product to fit my needs. I had gone to another mattress store in the same parking lot the day before and their prices were higher and the sales people seemed pushy. The two delivery guys were very professional, friendly and also answered any questions I had. I received a call about delivery time the day before delivery and then a call about 20 minutes before arrival to let me know they were on their way. I will definitely refer this store and these people to anyone! Great customer service and prices!!!!

Hands down the best experience I've had selecting a mattress and pillows. There was no pressure to purchase any specific style mattress or at all. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and treated us as part of their own family. If you are looking to buy a new mattress or even simply upgrade your pillows, this is the place to go.
