AT&T Store

Went in tonight and worked with Pat. I rarely write reviews but I think he deserves some serious recognition. What a shining representation of AT&T I just came in for an upgrade to my phone and he went so above and beyond to provide me services that were such a benefit and I had not even thought to add. I will definitely be returning to work with him again !

Went in to find out about my work plan. Got all my answers quickly and correctly. Christian was hands down the best phone pros i have worked with in a long long time. He quickly used his att tools and even multi tasked to keep all the customers happy. Nice work, promote that man.

Damen, you are an excellent example of the integrity of this company. My father needed several things after moving up here with me and I was so happy with the treatment he, as a customer and an elderly person relieved. We did NOT walk out until EVERY question my father had about the items and there application's were answered! Thank you so much!! Words really can't begin to describe Pat at the 6117 N Division store in Spokane. We are in the country and use AT&T for EVERYTHING and I was in this summer with an issue and not only was he SUPER helpful, SUPER friendly and SUPER KNOWLEDGABLE. He gave me his cell phone if I ever needed help! Who does that? He suggested that I upgrade to a new Netgear "modem" which I bought online and when I finally tried to put it in, I was having problems and there he was again! Man of the hour! I will be a loyal customer of AT&T thanks to Pat and his going above and beyond and genuinely helping me out!

Customer service Expert , Damon. Met and exceeded all expectations. Questions asked , cross sales executed and all the little add ons - ended up inside our purchase bag. Excellent. Have been with ATT for 20 plus years , not always the best but they make resolve !

I had questions and needed help with an iphone 14 that had been delivered to my house. I came into this store to ask some questions. Damon Hahn, sales consultant, could not have been more helpful. Not only did he answer my questions but went through the set up process. He could not have been more patient. He took customer service to a whole new level.

I visited the ATT store recently with my overseas parents who needed assistance with their SIM card. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Nate, one of the store employees, for providing exceptional service.

He navigated through various challenges with ease and came up with effective solutions to ensure my parents had a seamless experience.

My mom told me Nathan did a great job helping her and my aunt with her new phone and that he spent a lot of time with them. My mom accidentally submitted a one star review. She's not great with tech but she meant to send a glowing 5 star review

Everyone at the store was helpful and engaging. Both Tanners were able to quickly help me upgrade my phone and add a business line with humor and professionalism.

Pat was awesome today in helping us merge accounts! He was super fast and professional! This will be my go to store in the future. Btw, I have been an ATT customer for 35 years :)

This has been the most pleasurable experience in dealing with any phone company in this city. The manager Andrew of this store goes all the way for every customer that walks in there. If you can't get what you want and be happy by the time you leave I don't think you would make you purchase anything .

He has been there each time that I have moved which is 2 times in the last 6 months, to assist with equipment changes, programming and any kind of issues we had. I cannot recommend this store More highly.

Walked into AT&T for a phone issue. The cell read “SIM card error” Tanner was very professional, quick, and knowledgeable. He spoke about holiday deals, made suggestions for upgrades (our choice) and gave correct information. We ended up gtg a new iPhone 14 plus (deal) with accessories and one accessories free (deal). The entire sale took 20 minutes. Great job!

Ken was SOOOOO helpful! We went in thinking our situation was going to be complicated and long and he made it so easy! I appreciate him listening to what we wanted to do and making it painless. I highly recommend this location and specifically Ken

Andrew the manager was amazing help today! I have had some bad experiences with at&t and Andrew helped me more than anyone has and was actually compassionate about it. I will definitely be going back and having his help next time!

I struggled for months trying to access my account. Phone or chat did not work. Went to YV at Spokane Division And he hooked me up. Great service. Amazing support

I had an issue with an incoming and outgoing calls not functioning on my cellphone. The store representative was very quick to find the solution and resolve my problem. This young man was very professional with great listening skills and knowledge. Good place to look for professional help.

I stopped in there today to upgrade my plan and phone. I’m super new to being an adult so I was super nervous and had no clue what I was doing. Andrew the manager was the one who helped me and I couldn’t have felt more welcomed and cared about. He sat and answered any and all questions I had and actually got to know me as a person and shared his life and it was really nice. It made the whole experience was amazing!! That man honestly deserves a raise.
