Kinect @ Broadway

Went on a tour here, and the apartments and amenities looked great! I ended up renting in a different place, but I will be strongly considering here when my lease is up. And Elle gave me an awesome tour! I really appreciate her positive attitude and being able to answer all of my questions (I usually have a lot).

My lease ends in February, I want to thank Kinect on Broadway for their amazing management team , their names are Shera Johnson And Maria the leasing process is all accurate when you come to lease for Kinect I have been here a year MORE THEN UP TO STANDARD , the office is neat and we'll put together there an amazing team , I recommend these apartments to anyone reading this , the floor plan is reasonable,the office is well put together, the maintenance is always on time , NEVER LATE! Anyone reading this there is a garage , workout , room , special occasions hosted by Kinects management team on Broadway.

Awesome new apartment building with upscale amenities, security and amazing customer service here in the Everett Station District. I love my new kitchen and bath, the hardwood floors throughout my apartment and the natural sunlight that makes the unit cheery and bright.

Ok so my name is Tracy I live on the 7th floor at kinect At Broadway, with my daughter ,,I'm so happy to be living here I belive this is year 4 ,,I will have to say all the ladies in our office are so nice and very helpful and I participate all they do they no how to run and office and apartment complex, Shera,Maria,Susan, Elisabeth, alway have a smile on there face ,and the fun thing they come up with to do for the community. Are great ,Jacob and John are really good at there jobs keeping this place clean and organized,,thank you all for what you do and we love the 7th it's quite and nice good size apartment. Thank you agin the 5 ladies for making our living here the best .

I toured both the Everett and Lynnwood apartments. The office staff were knowledgeable and friendly, the buildings are well cared for.

We had a pretty unfortunate move out experience, but Ali made it right. She did a fantastic job at looking into our situation and APM really is a great property management company. My husband and I absolutely loved living at Kinect. We felt very safe the entire time we were there even though it’s off Broadway. Our unit also had a very beautiful view of the Cascades. It was a complete loss on our part that we had to move. If we could, we would move back in a heart beat. Thank you soooo much Ali, we really appreciate everything you did for us

Staff are very helpful and friendly. I really appreciate the focus on gating the apartment and keeping it secure. I also appreciate the recent addition of homey touches like pet pictures in the elevator or events or contests in the lobby.

Your company has the most hardworking employee I have ever witnessed! Brady went the extra mile to make sure me and my family were homed , and he never gave up on us ! I wish I can give more then five stars this is what you call a hardworking individual and employee! Thank Kinect and Brady!!

We love calling Kinect our home! The team here is wonderful! From our virtual tour, to signing our lease, to move-in day, we could not be more pleased with our experience and interaction with the staff. The amenities are wonderful, and the community has been very friendly.

My partner and I were pleasantly surprised when we toured the building and it looked even nicer than the pictures we'd seen online! The cabinets go so high that we are considering buying a stepstool to utilize all our newfound kitchen space! All of the public spaces were spotless when we toured, such as the lounge area, gym, and 3rd floor patio. We had a lot of questions during our tour and Ashlee was able to answer all of them on the spot. Ashlee and Mindy have helped to make our move-in experience go as smoothly as possible, and have always been prompt in responding to any questions or concerns we had regarding the application and move-in process. All our interactions with Ashlee, Mindy, and Daniel have been positive ones and all of the staff and residents have been very friendly. Suffice to say, we're very excited for our next year at Kinect!

Everything about this move-in experience has been positive. The amenities are fantastic and I love that the building is incredibly secure. Everything in our apartment is brand new, no one has lived in it before. Ashlee was amazing getting us taken care of, she really went above and beyond! Thank you!

Kinect offers a experience that I have had at no other apartment complex. The facility is top notch, well kept, well managed, and the staff is helpfull and friendly. Everything that kinect does is for the leasee's convenience.

So we ended up being unable to rent here due to some issues that the leasing office couldn’t control. But I still firmly believe this is a amazing place to live. The complex is so amazingly put together and the apts themselves are
Spacious. The customer service is 1000%!

They have ceiling fans! Which is a huge plus for me.

I absolutely love this place! I moved in around Thanksgiving time 2020 and although my time living here has been short it has been totally flawless in every aspect. It’s clean and well kept by the management and maintenance department making me proud to tell friends and family that I live and rent in the building!
I personally am happy to call Kinect @ Broadway Apartments my home!

If you're looking for new, modern apartments in the area, this is the place! We just moved in and loved everything about the leasing process. Mindy is AMAZING! She heard us and found us what we were exactly looking for, answered all our questions and explained everything in detail. If you can get the east facing windows. The views are amazing.

Come one! Come all! In these apartments you'll have a ball! With as many peppy pups popping about, a game of fetch is sure to come about. Ball in snout.
It's not so rough here, in fact this place fills me with cheer! Sparking clean, good insolation so you can hear neither bark, nor rambunctious teen. With background checks, key fobs, passcodes and sanitizer at almost every door, there's no need to worry about fein nor germs nor gore.
Classy lobby, a clubhouse if you may, with fireplace, billiards, chess, Jenga, and many more games, Hooray!
I love the parking garage, it's so nice to feel safe. I love this place, it's the nicest I've ever been. Affordable and with overhead lighting and fans?!? That's a win. So come on in! We'd love to meet you. To have you as our neighbor , schedule an appointment, Cassie or Mindy will greet you :)

Kinect on Broadway I a beautiful new set of apartments just constructed, the inside lobby is breathtaking and everything feels so modernized from their workout room to their common areas. The apartment setups are made the most of with wood foors, high ceilings and spacious rooms and bathrooms. I cannot wait to apply for living here!

Jaimie and Brady are amazing, so is the maintenance crew. It’s a great place to call it home.

Outstanding front office Team, absolutely beautiful property, and very friendly residents. We looked at every property in town — it was a hands down no-brainer.
