Little Caesars Pizza

They’re severely understaffed, but they’re doing their best and I don’t think they deserve low ratings because of it. They’re always friendly and make the pizza well. :3

I ordered ahead and drove to the store to grab a pizza, and it was immediately obvious the store was very busy. I had to wait a little bit to get my food, it was clearly swamped. Despite this, the staff were incredibly nice and communicated wait times really well. It was clear everyone was working really hard to get everyone their orders as fast as possible. The cashier was also doing double time checking everyone's names, coordinating orders, etc.

They ended up getting my order ready only a little bit behind schedule, but I was very impressed by how hard all of the staff were working.

They always have hot n,' ready pizzas that I want and every single time I have ordered crazy bread it's amazing! the people that work there are friendly and its great!

Pepperoni pizza is always almost ready to pick up right now, but if you want another one, you should wait about 5-10 mins extra (so the best option for another pizzas is online pick up order).

On Wednesday, August 25, 2022, I was Doordashing and was sent to this location to pick up an order to be delivered. I was told by the crew member who handed me the order once it was ready that I was all set to go, so I didn't check the order to see if I had everything, which I should have done. Unfortunately, it wasn't until I reached the customer to deliver her food that she told me that I was missing a pizza for her. I tried calling this store, but I was not able to reach them. So I drove back to the store and explained the situation to the team so they could make the pizza and so I could redeliver it to the customer. The girl working there who I talked to - she was very young and was probably in high school - offered me a free cheesy bread with a side of ranch for having to come back. I love cheesy bread with ranch! But not only that, she also put a chair in the lobby for me so I could eat the bread while they were making the pizza. I ate half of the cheesy bread while they did so. But it doesn't stop there. When she saw that I didn't have enough ranch to dip the whole bread, she gave me ANOTHER one. I didn't get her name, but she deserves a raise. This is some of the best customer service I've ever received at any establishment - and I'm not even a paying customer!

The entire 5th grade class would like to thank Alexis for making our pizza party a success. I dropped in an hour before we needed a large order (21 pizzas) and while she was already working on several large orders she didn't bat an eye. She was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

So after a long double shift of work and just craving a cheese deep dish cheese hot and ready delicious deep dish and it was around closing time 😒 "sad to admit I was that guy". I had an outstanding customer service from the night manager I believe his name was Gene. 5 star no doubt!

Great experience when I ordered for takeout tonight! Mason really helped solve our issue and was really kind and patient. Will definitely be back soon. Thank you again mason!

I just wanted to acknowledge the person working the register on 9/30/21. I came in with a mobile order, but it was busy and going to take a while. I use a rollator walker so I sat out of the way. The person was very attentive to my order so that I didn’t need to get up, and even offered to bring it out to my car if I needed assistance. It can be really difficult navigating business as a disabled person, especially one as small and compact as Little Ceasars, but the staff made it that much easier. Thank you!

No complaints. The food is what you expect it to be. Bargain food for a bargain price. If you are looking for quality pizza, this should not be on your list. If you are looking to get in and out and something the kids enjoy. Why not. Never waited in line more than 2 minutes

My first time stopping in this location, just got a craving for crazy bread. I worked at a little Caesar's years ago so I know the crazy bread is always a gamble, but theirs came out perfect. I also really liked the order dispensing kiosk, even if it did lack a personal touch (although that isn't always bad... The AGM at the store I worked creeped everyone out with his weirdness. Y'all know the one I'm talking about.)

I was pleasantly surprised with the staff members and the service! Last min, our kids birthday party catering company canceled and 40 guest were about to arrive, ran to Little Caesar’s Pizza for a compromise and they saved the day!

Not only were they super polite and understanding, they were able to meet our requirements quickly! Thank you Little Ceaser’s!

You can order your pizza on the app then come into the store and pick it up from this hot box. It's pretty cool. The staff here knows how to do their job well and they are usually pretty wonderful. The pizzas are made perfectly.

The lunch combo deal is literally a DEAL! A deep deep dish pepperoni pizza just for me with a 20 oz of a bev to wash down the cheesy deliciousness & fresh dough. Not bad if you ask me! Employees are hard workers & very respectful to customers & take care of business the way business should be done.

The pretzel crust pizza is the best pizza I have ever had please never remove it from the menu

This is a good location to go to. They are quick and the pizza has been good. Their new half pizza half cheese sticks is awesome and very cheap.

I would highly recommend going here I had a really great experience with Mason he has the best customer service and a really great attitude this guy mason definitely deserves a raise for doing such an outstanding job keep up the good work mason I’ll definitely be back soon

Seriously... it's Little Caesar's - stop expecting the world and just enjoy their pizza and treat their staff like humans.

Cuddos to these young people, I always call ahead to avoid waiting and my order is practically perfect everytime!! I always have special orders too, but it's always hot and ready for me when I get there. Congrats guys. Definitely better than the others!!

The pizza is always good here, The workers are all professional and fast.
