Great experience easy to make appointments online for oil changes. Was able to drop off car with no issues. They do get booked out a few weeks in advance for oil changes but other than that it's great facility! Kyle is always awesome glad I was able to transfer everything to Bickford Ford when Everett closed.

I called to schedule a recall repair around February of this year and was given a slot for July 2.

On Monday, 03/25, Katie called to tell me that they can actually have someone from their Mobile Service Team come to me instead. I was surprised by what she said because this was never mentioned to me when I spoke to a different scheduler in February.

Katie was able to schedule me for literally THE VERY NEXT DAY, Tuesday 03/26.

She gave me all the important information I need to know to prepare. She is very knowledgeable, respectful, and is a sweet lady. PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

Jason, from the Mobile Team was also helpful and knowledgeable about the service he did with my car. Told him that my car is also having issues with the back door opening and closing. Asked for him to take a look if he gets the chance to (even though it’s not a part of the work order he has for my car). He was done with everything in less than an hour. He talked to me about the recall he did and he was also able to make time to address my concerns with my car. He answered all my questions.

The service has always been excellent here for service or purchasing a vehicle.

However this last trip left me less than satisfied. I brought in a 2021 F250 for service. My truck has a 10” suspension lift on 40” tires. I asked if they could rotate my tires while they serviced it.

A few min later one of the service techs came back out and told me the express service side doesn’t have a lift capable of lifting my truck. Only the main service bay did. I asked if they could move it over and I was informed that bay was only for the “master mechanic” and he was booked up. I asked if I could bring it back to him and they told me he doesn’t do tire rotations. So the only person capable of working on my truck at the dealership is above tire rotations.

Maybe it’s just me but if a customer who purchased several vehicles from you In the past brings in an 80k truck to have serviced I’d probably try to make an exception and move the Truck over ONE lift for a 10 min tire rotation rather than turning them away and losing their future business.

My preferred dealer, tried their mobile service today, they were prompt and on time. They texted a reminder well in advance and called day of appointment that Ken was en route. Newer cars allow them to diagnose remotely, their experience gave them the insight to possible issue. They were able to have correct part with them. The repair went flawlessly!

The service department is a well oiled machine. I’ve gotten my truck maintenance done here when they are busy and slow, they always get the work done efficiently and without a fuss.
