That Baby Store

I honestly didn’t think it was bad experience as most reviews! I’ve usually found great finds that are very expensive at a typical store that I would buy at. Anytime I go I feel like I find exactly what I want and I feel lucky because of cheap it was! Most of my babies room is decorated using items I got from here! Now as to selling clothes realistically you go anywhere else sometimes they won’t take it and offer you a reasonable price. I feel like it’s the same here I go in mind with the idea of hoping I’ll make at least $20. I’m someone who likes to shop but without anyone bothering me and it’s so quiet there even my baby falls asleep at times. lol

Huge selection of women’s, teen, and baby! Clothing, socks, shoes, baby equip., teething toys, dress up, toys YOU NAME IT! Reasonable prices! Every new mom needs to visit!

Nice workers. Good prices. Quality used items.
Parking is plentiful. Free parking lot. Very large store.

I have been going to this store for a few years, and I am never disappointed. I will always go here to buy clothes for my boy (10) and my girls (7 and 2) before I go anywhere else. The staff is always polite and helpful, and the owner is super involved with her business. I always find myself going over the budget I set for myself because there is ALWAYS more good stuff to buy! Especially for my toddler. I don't understand the negative reviews - this is not the Goodwill so don't expect that. These are high quality, good condition items that are less than what you'd buy them new for but not exactly goodwill prices because these are GREAT clothes! They don't take just any clothing from people looking to sell and I appreciate that because I don't have to dig for the quality items through weeds of outdated clothing... If they don't buy your stuff, it's just so those of us who want quality, in style items can have a better shopping experience! :) 10 stars.

I have been shopping here for a couple years now and have gotten some amazing deals. The dollar room (yes…$1 room!) is worth going by itself! Staff have always been friendly to me and the place is clean, plus there’s space for my little to play which any momma knows is priceless for an enjoyable shopping experience. Sold some things for the first time last weekend and while some reviews complain about compensation, I felt that what the owner gave me for my items was very reasonable for a resale shop. She even offers a greater percentage if you take store credit! Not a lot of places do that and for selling outgrown clothes then buying the next size up this was perfect!!! I think people forget that they have to make money off the sales too. (If you want 100% resale value, sell it yourself.) Overall, both buying and selling have been great experiences and I will continue to be a frequent customer as my kids grow!

I took a bunch of toys and clothes that my daughter outgrew to exchange and the employees there were not only courteous, but after I left they called to tell me they actually owed me another $20 more than the price I had agreed to exchange my items for! I greatly appreciate the honesty and professionalism that I was treated with and will definitely be returning for future purchases and exchanges. I can’t wait to go back for a better look at their huge array of stuff that I didn’t have the time to check out before. 👍👍

I was visiting Redding and had meant to pick up a few cooler weather items at my local kids consignment but didn’t have time before we left. So, a quick google search brought up That Baby Store. I almost didn’t go because of the negative reviews but with the fact that it had a play area and was specific to kids clothes I decided to stop in. I am so glad I did! The prices were phenomenal especially considering I found several items that were still brand new with tags! The prices on those items were easily 1/4-1/3 of the original prices! She also has a “dollar room” that I was able to find several outfits for each of my kids in great condition! The staff was friendly, the store was clean and very well organized considering the insane amount of stuff they had! I loved that they had a whole area dedicated to sports gear and things like cleats, in fact I’m sad that this isn’t a store I can frequent since we’re not from the area! I don’t have any input in regards to trying to sell items to the store, but it’s obvious that they don’t take trash items. If we’re ever in the area again, I will definitely be stopping in!

I have been going to this store for the last six years and have had no problem whatsoever finding what I need at a good price. This is a new and used baby store that is extremely organized and clean. I can bring my kids here with me because they have a play room available, and while the prices are not "garage sale" prices, I will happily pay a few extra dollars for the organization of the place and the good selection.

I won't rate the store as excellent as I have sold/traded in items before and did not receive what I believed would be more "fair" prices, but at the same time, this is a brick and mortar store with overhead and insurance and wages. I don't know the logistics that go into all of that, so I won't knock the owner on it either.

All in all, great store. Took my mom there this weekend and she loved it too.

I love this store for my kids clothes, for any occasion, they have it, from Halloween to play clothes. Even nice quality clothes for myself. The staff is friendly and helpful every time we come in. Clean, organized, easy and quick, which is perfect for parents on the go like myself.

That baby store has been my favorite store for 9 years! My oldest is 8, an we all enjoy shopping there. Shopping for pregro/ new born all the way to cute cloths for mom an dad! She has everything! An i love her dollar room. Everyone is always nice, an it's always clean.

Came here to look up hours of operation and discovered so many bad reviews WOW I’m so thankful there’s a used baby store in town. I’m not mad that I got a brand new avent steam sterilizer in the box for $8 or a bundle of avent bottles practically brand new. Hardly used newborn items, new in packaging diapers and the prices she offers to sell items is reasonable as well- it’s a business after all. Definitely worth a stop in, you’ll find some nice things in great condition for well under retail price, and isn’t that the point? If you’re looking to sell your baby clothes for 70% of what you paid try Poshmark or mercari but I think you’ll find the hassle of barter then the 20% fee they take once your item has been bidded down to 10% of what it’s worth then the printing labeling and shipping ... it’s better to just take your goodies to this store and unclutter your home. The owner is very sweet by the way. I’ve met her a few times

Absolutely love this place ! I've been shopping here for years now for my girls. They only carry quality clothes & for a great price ! I recommend all my firends shop here for the kiddos and would recommend them to anyone! They also sell womens and mens clothing and shoes. They always have a ton of fabulous toys , baby and kids room basics and essentials! there is an awesome $1 room in the back that I always love to check out when I come in! If you have kids you have to check this place out !

Yes! This store is a life saver. If you can't find something you are looking for, chances are you will find it here and at a great price. Or trade things no longer in use and use store credit. This store is one of my favorite places. My kids love going here too!

We enjoy shopping here. Store is clean, organized and affordable. This is not just a store for babies though goods for babies and small children are predominant. They also have sports equipment and other sporting goods including a large selection of backpacks. There are a couple of shelves with home decor items and numerous racks of women's clothes plus sandals, shoes and boots of nearly any variety. Most of the clothes and footwear were for women, children and infants.

Has absolutely everything you need for a baby. And lots of sports gear. Nicely organized, and clothes in very good condition. Was able to sell a lot of clothes for credit that I was able to use to buy clothes that my kids needed.

Love shopping here. You can find almost everything you need, in great condition and for better prices than anywhere else. Also, they will rebuy your stuff for 50% of their sell price, which seems very reasonable and convenient, since some baby gear is essential for only the first 6-8 months.

I'm always offered good value for the items I bring in. I appreciate that staff are selective about the items picked for resale to ensure good quality. Most items needed for babies and children are offered here.

I have been shopping here since my daughter was born their prices are okay the clothes super cute and there Dollar area is to die for they have everything from clothes to cribs car seats to bouncers Walker's to shoes. Go down and check them out
