If I could give them more stars, I would! When I say they went above and beyond, it is not an exaggeration. My car looks like new! I was in a minor accident that left the whole driver's side of my car dented and scratched up and no telling the damage to the underside as I had ended up in a ditch with some big rocks. You wouldn't know any of that had happened! She's beautiful. I am so grateful to everyone at Autocraft for the work that they did it was no small job. The manager was very hands-on during the whole process and talked to me personally on several occasions during the repairs. They were very backed up when I brought my car in and were super nice to take it in. With how busy they were, they got the repairs done in record time, in my opinion. I definitely recommend. I have attached a photo of the accident and then my now brand new car!

I’d absolutely recommend Autocraft to anyone with damage. They did an amazing job with my car, it feels and looks brand new. The owner was extremely personable and just a very good overall dude, he let me keep the car in their storage when I was in need even before they knew what was wrong with it, and when they had limited space as it was. All in all I would 100% recommend Autocraft to anyone looking to get their car fixed!

I was recommended to Auto Craft from a family friend after trying another company first and let me tell you, I’m so glad I decided to go with them! Robert was amazing, great customer service and very professional ! He broke everything down for me to understand since this was my first ever car repair, updated me throughout the whole process, and I even got my car back a month sooner than the predicted estimate ! Provided quality work, and will be coming back for more repairs down the road !

I brought my vehicle in to autocraft to get a dent and some paint scuffs fixed, and immediately they were super respectful and very helpful, Robert helped make the process super simple and the tech that worked on my car left it looking like new, very happy with the service i received and will definitely be going back for all my repairs in the future!

Came to Autocraft to get my car fixed, right when I arrived for the appointment they were all very informative, respectful and most importantly honest! Dropped off my vehicle, and it was done withan the time i expected. They went above and beyond with their service. The best place to have your damaged auto repaired! Everybody is very nice and they keep you informed on the progress of the repairs. The repair looked good as new. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here!

Autocraft replaced a bumper for me and did a wonderful job. Their customer service and communication with me to coordinate the estimate, ordering of parts, timeline for service was all spot on. They went above and beyond to make everything right, even recently the bumpers position shifted a little and I just stopped in to show them and they took care of it right then and there! Would highly recommend this business for anyone needing their services!

I believe that Autocraft went over and above what other repair shops do & offer. The quality of their work was outstanding. The customer service and support was Amazing, and the Communication and continuous updates on the status of the vehicle from our estimator(Rafael) was Exceptional!!! Once the vehicle was completed, two of the employees (Rafael & Robert) drove the car back to us and dropped it off at our house - and we live over an hour away from the repair shop!! My whole experience from beginning to end with Autocraft was absolutely FLAWLESS!!!

Autocraft is definitely worthy of a 5 star rating! The team there, especially Robert went above and beyond in service and customer service. They really hit the mark for highest standards! Robert aways had contact keeping me informed of what and when. This is my second experience with them and Robert, and hopefully I won't need to come back, but with that said, in the off chance I have to, they are definitely my first choice and highly recommend them.

I chose Autocraft based on the Google reviews I read ahead of scheduling them and I was not disappointed! From the first phone call I made to them up to the minute I drove away with my repaired car, they made it sooooo incredibly easy! They handled all of the paperwork with my insurance which was very helpful to me. They work w/Enterprise as well which is extra handy! The work was done in the timeframe they anticipated and it looked perfect! I would HIGHLY recommend them and wouldn't think of going anywhere else in the future! In mid November while stopped at a red light in Maple Valley a wind blown tree fell on our pickup cab. It caused quite extensive damage to the pickup while we survived unscathed. After having a bad experience with another body shop in town, who at the time had just changed ownership to a national company. We chose Autocraft to make the repairs. I was very skeptical that our 2019 Chev 3500HD four door would ever be the same again! However, Robert Ramos and the entire Autocraft team went above and beyond in repairing our pickup to better than new condition! Robert even helped us in resolving a remaining problem from the previous body shop. Also, we were told the pickup would be finished in early March, however it was actually finished in February. I would highly recommend Autocraft to anyone who needs some damage repairs. Thank you Robert and your entire team.

Great people. No job is too small or too big for them. Had a bumper loose on my prius. They were very honest n instead of replacing the whole deal for money just glued it in few places since it was an old car. Treated me with respect and showed integrity n honesty. Both the lady at there reception and the main mechanic. Hard to find people like that these days.

Autocraft was friendly, extremely quick, and did a top-notch job on fixing the nasty door dent on my Mazdaspeed 3. Worth it. Attached pictures is the finished product. Like it wasn't there!

I took my Acura in to replace a damaged bumper, and they did it professionally and speedy. I recommend this place, as they treat your car and your time as their own‼

These guys are the best and have been the best. They are honest and stand behind their work. After messing my front bumper up and going to 3 different shops who all said I would need a new bumper but, I wasn't able to afford it. I had the brackets to piece back together and they all said no. Well I finally went to good ole Autocraft and they saved me literally $2,000 because of their honesty. I also used them 20 years ago and they did awesome work. They are the best and they are fast and efficient. Shot out to Zane for helping me!
