I called and they answered within a few rings, like most places if they are already helping someone they probably won't answer but if you leave a message they will get back to you pretty quickly. I went in to get my front passenger side ball joint replaced. I showed up at about 8:15 am and my car was done by 10:00 am. They let me see under my car which I appreciated a lot. Their customer service was the best I've seen and I felt very welcomed. I only paid a couple hundred bucks which was more than fair, cheaper than other places and the fact they let me see what the problem was and checked my brakes and rotor quality made me more than satisfied with my visit. I will be going to Subie Solutions for any future work I need done to my 2017 WRX. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop is you have a Toyota or Subaru that needs some work done to it or if you have any questions.

I found Subie Solutions through a Google search and I am very happy I did! I took my car in to see Sam and get a few things looked at and fixed. Sam was very professional and went above and beyond to complete the service. Sam was very reasonable and completed the work in a very timely manner. I strongly encourage you to check him out if you need some work done to your car!

Subie Solutions did amazing with my transmission replacement job! They communicated multiple times with me throughout the process to make sure everything was perfect. They do great work and got the job done quickly even during the holiday season. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I live out of town and will always take my car to them.

Shop rate varies by complexity of work; but for my car it was $110/hr; very reasonable.

I brought my car in on a Wednesday a few weeks back for an oil leak, and he was able to source the part to fix it on Friday morning, and then I had my car back by Friday afternoon.

I've had the car back now for 3 weeks now and the oil leak is completely gone with the new seal working well.

He's a nice guy and he got my car diagnosed and fixed quickly, and more affordably than I could've gotten from the dealer in town.

My only complaint is that with it being a small shop they don't have any loaner cars.

I have an Outback that needed a head gasket replacement. For a repair that so internal, and expensive he's the one to go to. He is very knowledgeable, and cares about his workmanship. In the world of mechanics.....he is the "salt of the earth"

I can’t say how appreciative I am of Subie Solutions. Our car broke down outside Yakima and we had to leave it for repairs as we are from out of state. I called James because my 11 sti was leaking oil. After taking my car in to the shop he contacted me with my repair options and was very comprehensive. After the repairs James asked me to reach out to him in order to provide updates on how the car was doing, this is a testament to his commitment and passion for his work. The car has been running well since, oil level is consistent and the undercarriage is bone dry. James did amazing work, he goes above and beyond to provide quality service at a fair price! I wont be taking my car anywhere else but subie solutions, and I recommend you do the same.

I brought in my 07 wrx for a transmission swap and other little repairs and they had my car finished within a week! They were very communicative during the whole process. A very good reasonable price. And some of the friendliest service I’ve received. I will forever trust Subie Solutions for any of my subaru’s big repairs. The guys are the best I’ve seen there work is top notch always willing to answer your calls and let you know how it’s going, they do quick work for an amazing price, they go out of their way to do small things like replacing my windshield fluid cap my car was missing and more. They are always polite and you can tell when you talk to them they care about you and especially your car my 05 wrx couldn’t have been in better hands and I will never let anyone besides them work on it or any car I get after. They have genuinely impressed me and they deserve more than 5 stars

This guy was the only mechanic who could figure out what was wrong with my husband's car and went the extra mile in giving us honest and understandable explanations. Months later, and the car is still running great.

I found this garage when I was shopping for an older used Subaru, and took my newly purchased car to have it checked out & worked on. They took the time to show me what the car needed, also showed me the old broken parts after they were replaced. The price was very reasonable, with some nice extras thrown in. I have found a place I feel confident about taking my car and questions to. Thanks for such great service!

Took my 05 Pilot to another shop they gave me a diagnostic of bad coil spark plugs and o2 sensors. Took it to James and he checked and gave me a different diagnostic he just did valve adjustment and now it's running way better thanks to James really humble and honest man I'll recommend 💯.
