Computer Works

I have been in several times, to purchase some items needed over the last year or so. Always greated by the friendly people who own and run it. and impressed with their technical knowledge, and help. Most recently my old (15 yr old lap top) lap top has many problems, and some new issues, so after discussing what the possibilities of repair and extended life, and costs, and options, looked at some of the used lap tops they had, and ended up getting one to replace my old lap top, (now relegated to only one task till it goes the big processor in the sky) Again, great people to deal with, honest, and very customer focused, if you have computer issues, this is where you should go.

It's and interesting store with a lot of cool pc items. Hard to find a store like this in town. The owner was pretty nice and helpful with my questions regarding parts I was looking for, even if they didn't have everything I needed on hand at the time.

They have a knowledgeable staff, but the store has an amazing assortment of cables, adapters, cards, and just all kinds of doodads for computers

I've been a happy customer of Computer Works for over 20 years. I miss their great location on South 1st street but their attention to detail and great service live on in their current cramped quarters. They've built and maintained 2 computers for me and and I've always enjoyed a quick turnaround in the rare occasions I've had a problem. They explain everything thoroughly, offer solid opinions when asked, and stand behind their products. I'm happy to give them a hearty recommendation.

I was very Impressed by the store, along with their selection of merchandise. Although they didn't have what I was trying to purchase in stock. They still helped me out with another one of my computer problems for (FREE) and made my trip worth it. As I live in Ellensburg and road my bike there with my son. I will be continuing to be sure that I let everyone know that needs help with any of their own computer issues to give" COMPUTER WORK'S" A opportunity.

Called up there before I went in and said I wanted to do a PC build . When I arrived all of the pieces to my PC were already pulled and READY TO GO. My PC was built and i came back to get it the NEXT DAY. Thank you so much for your wonderful service ! It couldn't have been any better. The PC works great by the way . I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND this store .

We have had many interactions with Computer Works over the years and every time has been great! We own a couple of businesses and have taken multiple computers in for various reasons. Lynne and her team have been fast and great to work with as they communicated throughout the fix to make sure we knew what they were doing and what kind of costs we were racking up. We had some employees take files and they were able to go in and get a us a log of access and when an external hard drive had been hooked up. This was sent in with other information we had and we were able to prove and win our legal case because of it. We love the rush option for our computers as we need them back as soon as possible to continue our business. It seems expensive until you calculate the lost time without something that is so important like our computers. None of our computers are cheap so to replace them takes big $$$$$ and time to build custom, plus the down time to set up a new computer. We HIGHLY recommend Computer Works and will continue to use them even for our company in the Tri-Cities as we couldn't find anyone down there to do what they were able to achieve. As well as all the rates were a lot more down there that we were quoted and they weren't confident they could even resolve the issue. Thank you.

Computer Works has friendly and prompt service. They are great at responding to e-mails in a timely manner. The workers are informative, knowledgeable, and helpful (I didn't feel like I was a dumb kid or woman). Had my repair rushed (same day service). I was quoted that it would take about 1 & 1/2 hours and guaranteed I'd not pay for more time (even if the service took longer). I look forward to future business with them.

Excellent work at a reasonable price. We had a server go out for our security system and they built us a brand new system and had it ready overnight. Knowledgable workers that dont try to sell you on a bunch of stuff you don't need. I will definitely be recommending this shop to all of my friends/family and will definitely be giving them a visit when I decide to upgrade my personal set up.

My business laptop's hard drive crashed Friday. I dropped it off at Computerworks Monday morning. Tuesday afternoon I received the diagnosis and was given all of my options from replacing the hard drive to replacing the laptop. Wednesday afternoon and I have the laptop back. They were able to salvage all of my data, reinstall all programs and its running like new. Thank You! Ihighly recommend Computer Works.

Called to get internet service, talked to a nice guy that directed me to a different provider then instructed me on hardware to help with my computer needs. He was very kind and helpful and I will definitely be going to them for any help in the future.

hey check this out. took my mercedes fob key circuit board to computer works. istead of spendinng 300 bucks on a new key. orland fixed my circuit key for 70 bucks. thank u awesome job. good work good price..

Great small business I have my wireless internet thru them and they build all my computers for my business and home use
