Centura Thornton Neighborhood Health Center

I have had only good experiences here. My primary doctor is Dr. Bogner and he is excellent. I have seen Dr. Ochs and she is excellent too. The nurses, assistants, and all the staff have been kind and professional. No complaints.

We love Dr Ashleigh Patrick! Myself and my two young kids see her and couldn't be happier with the care we've received. Booking appointments with her in advance is a must as her schedule gets filled quickly! Her nurse is also excellent (so great at giving quick shots to the kids) and always answers my questions before I even ask them! Other reviewers stated they waited a long time to be seen - I have personally never experienced this, in fact quite the opposite! I have been in multiple times in the past 6 months and get called back before I can even finish paperwork! Highly recommend.

I have been going to this office for a few years now and am surprised at the bad reviews.
Dr. Ochs has been my primary, however I have never had any issues seeing anyone else when it was an emergency.
I do know that they have been a lot busier than they used to be but that is out of their control and I'm sure they probably feel the pressure from being booked so tight.
I am thankful for their hard work ☺

I go to centura for myself as well as for my baby. All the providers are so attentive and caring. They are very thorough and supportive. They are truly amazing. I've never experienced unreasonable wait times. Sometimes when calling on the phone it can be a long wait however I use the centura app and the responses are almost instant. So waiting on the phone is not an issue. The providers are professional, kind, caring, thorough, and very attentive.

We have been going here since it opened. Staff is wonderful. My doctor is the greatest doctor I’ve met. The nurses and everyone else are kind and caring as well. (I don’t know their job titles)

Brought my little one in today after he took a bad fall on the playground and the care provided was PHENOMENAL. We were checked in and immediately seen by two of the most caring, patient, and gentle women I have ever come across. (Ricky was our nurse, Mandy was our physician) They took their time to make sure we were ALL cared for in every way they could, and even showed us how to help our son if he had the same injury in the future and how to prevent it as he grows. I cried when we left because they went so far above and beyond for us in every way. Incredible care and experience- we will NEVER go anywhere else!

It took awhile to be seen as a new patient but this is normal operation. Upon arrival the service was seamless from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor. Doctor Mary McGee was excellent she has helped me solvmy health issues swiftly and professionally.

This is where my doctor is. Great docs and a very friendly environment.

I have had only had good experiences being a patient at this establishment. I came here from being a patient at Thornton Medical Center for several years, and feel like the care I receive here is exceptional and especially compare to TMC. Everyone is very friendly, caring, and seems like they have a high level of knowledge.

Front desk is alittle funny but once you get to the back your met with warmth and kindness
Had a follow up appt with dr julie yung and she was AMAZING kind and incredibly considerate of my position. Her nurse vanessa was prompt, eager and sweet. Im glad to have found this dr and nurse duo. Thanks for being awesome ladies and making a bad situation...abit more tolerable.

Dr. Michael Rudolf is the best. I have been seeing him for almost 2 years now and he is always very caring and thorough. Highly recommend!

Dr.Beukema is the best! She has such a warm & caring personality.I am so lucky she is my PCP!!!

I love this place! The staff is nice and super easy to get along with. Dr. McWhorter is awesome, and his nursing staff is just as great.

Dr. McWhorter is great and I've never had any issues with the staff.
