Sullivan Park

Good access to kayak or tubing launch into the river. They have an access area specifically for this. Small wading water area near the kayak launch in the summer for my dog. Good spot to sit on rocks and cool down in summer.

Awesome park! Very beautiful and clean! Very well kept! New wood fences and a couple benches to sit on along the river are so great! A couple gazebos to picnic under and bbq too! I recommend checking this park out!❤

Pulled over randomly while killing time and were delighted by this little park. Lots of flowers in bloom which was really cool.

Sullivan Park is so beautiful. Me and my husband love to go there to walk the trails and to go bird watching. Believe me there are lots of pretty birds there to admire.

We take our dog Smokey there to get his daily exercise. We love the beautiful river that runs along side of the park too.

Great little park...if you go off trail plenty of accessible "coves" along the river. If you explore those be safe and check current flows. These little hideaway spots are great for wading, sitting in the current, waving to the tubers and kayaker as they float by. Park is fine but it's those little "beach" areas that are special. It's a river though so be safe if you visit those particular spots. And for the love of God clean up after yourself. We spend half our time cleaning up beer cans from other ppl. Pack it in pack it out. These spots are difficult enough to get to 😂 anyway. So so park...Definitely bring your RC cars because there's a fun little track. Also...please don't start fires lol

There is a track and is a great place to run RC's. Beautiful park area and picnic tables.

Right in the center of Spokane Valley, Sullivan park is a beautiful riverside park with the extensive centennial trail leading to it, an activities center, family park, and an open field leading to trails of beautiful landscapes and riverbanks in the adjoining county park land. Pleasant afternoon for my dogs to frolic on the south shore and bikers, walkers, runners on the North shore. Convenient to hotels, dining and shopping! A must stop!

Busy but scenic trail head along the Spokane River.

Made an AWESOME flower arrangement from flowers along the trail for Mother’s Day! It is really pretty out and the water from the river is running strong! Also taught my son how to skip rocks right here this weekend and he officially skipped his very first rock by himself! Proud dad moment!

This is the best trail for everyone every thing. Thank you to those who find it!

Sullivan Park most definitely a place to regain your strength, after A Hard Day's Work while listening to the sounds of nature, running water and local Transit ppl cooking hot dogs over an open fire.. always putting forth a continuous effort in search of Silence..

I have lived in Spokane Valley for 56 years.Ihave many good memories of Sullivan Park. What a great place to sit upon a rock at rivers edge to do homework or to just contemplate.

I love just sitting near the river,it's so relaxing and I am there early in the mornings.I recommend to anyone needing a great place to just be one with nature. Plus it can really lift your spirit.

Nice park right by the river. You can go right to the water or follow trails through the trees and the river is close by. Centennial Trail also has access at the parking area.

I love parks. They're fun. Don't remember why I was here. Oh yeah - was visiting hour and was going to make dinner, but we just sat and parked awhile warming up.

A very under rated park the area is gorgeous, it is close to industrial and the parking lot can be sketchy, do not leave valuables in sight. I love going here for lunch!
