He spent over an hour reviewing all of our home and auto insurance options, answered every question we had, and made adjustments to our coverage until we were completely satisfied. I used this agency for many years before discovering that I was being continuously billed for insurance policies that were replaced by other policies or by policies I thought were cancelled years ago. The policies were all on auto-payment from my checking account. Since we had multiple policies, I was not aware of the double billings. I no longer trust this agent, nor Allstate, and have cancelled all policies there.
