Nyssa was the best ever! She helped me find a mattress that was not too expensive and had everything I was looking for. The bamboo sheets they sell are the best sheets you can buy. Nyssa was welcoming and very helpful. The store front is not overwhelming and it’s very easy to narrow down your selection. 10 stars for the delivery crew. My mattress was delivered on time, clean, no damage, and they even offered to help move my old one out of the apartment. Highly recommend mattress union on Colorado blvd.

I've never run into anyone that knows beds like Ken does... amazing! And he was completely helpful in all aspects. Most definitely... especially if considering custom made mattresses, this is the place to go!

We purchased The Lincoln model and have been so happy with it for the month we’ve had it. I’ve been sleeping like a baby. The hydraulic bed frame is absolutely worth it, for anyone on the fence. The Zero G position has been incredible for my back pain.

I'm delighted with our experience at Sleep Union. I bought three mattress, the service was wonderful and they were super knowledgeable. They really cared that I choose the right mattress because after it was delivered I slept on it for a couple nights and it was too firm so the next day they picked it up and replace it with the softer version. It's a perfect fit for me now! They were so accommodating. Great pricing and high quality mattresses. I'm one very happy customer!

Had an awesome experience buying a mattress here. Wife and I walked in a few weeks and was promptly greeted by Ken. Ken promised us a great experience and didn't disappoint. After asking some qualifying questions, we were off!! Ken brought us to several models he thought would work well for us. We eventually landed on a Gaylord model (king size). Ken gave us a FANTASTIC deal. 10 days later (the mattress was made just for us! Not sitting in a warehouse somewhere) wifey, pooch and I have been sleeping like logs! If you're in the market for a mattress, trust me... visit Ken at Sleep Union.

Phenomenal customer service from Ken. He was able to work with us with the budget we had and we were able to get our amazing mattress the next day.
He also tossed in some free pillows, sheet set and protector at no additional cost! No complications of any sort and the delivery crew we're super nice. 5/5 would recommend to anyone looking for excelling customer service and comfy beds with awesome names related to the streets of Colorado.

We were in today to buy a king size mattress for our new place and let me tell ya Ken blew it out of the water 10/10 service honestly made the experience a dream. We did go to some other stores before hand (urban mattress) which made us feel extremely unwanted/uncomfortable but Kens personality came through and fixed all of our worries. We were in and out no problem and even got some good laughs. If anyone needs any new beds this places in phenomenal!

Ken was wonderful to work with! Zero pressure, just knowledge and guidance on what beds would be best to fit your needs. Other places I checked out were pushy for a same day sale without interest in making sure you left with the correct bed. Ken was easy going, funny, easy to talk to and literally made an experience that I was dreading a fun task. Would 100% recommend.

Came in today to purchase a Nectar. Ken took the time to walk us through the options and we were able to get a much better mattress called the Grant St. for the same price as the Nectar. If you are looking for a new mattress give Ken a chance to show you great options that he has available.

This was the best process I could imagine when making the big decision on what mattress to get. Ken helped me so much and he is the absolute best at directing you towards the right mattress. I was just beginning my search and had a general idea of what I wanted. Ken taught me so much and really took the time while working with me. I decided on the Wynkoop 100% latex mattress even though I had a predisposition towards memory foam and big brand mattresses. The comfort, health benefits and longevity of a latex mattress compared to memory foam is something I wish I knew of beforehand.

I don’t normally write reviews of businesses, but in this case, it was warranted. To begin, I wouldn’t have chose sleep nation if it wasn’t for Hasheem. He is the genuine nice man in the Broncos gear that sits out front and waves at passing cars. Absolute class act when I met him. The attention to detail and care that Ken displayed when I was making my purchasing decision was also very genuine and super informative. Ken gave me a great deal on a quality mattress, as well as free delivery and they took my old mattress free of charge as well. Also, The two gentleman making the delivery were very efficient and friendly. I’ve only had the mattress for one night, but it was the best sleep I’ve ever had. 10/10 rating. Thank you

We've purchased at least 6 mattresses from Ken Krenz at Sleep Union. He's knowledgeable and very personable. Early in my mattress--buying experience I'd shop around and then my wife would suggest we go up to the then Sleep Nation. We'd always end up buying a mattress there. The combination of quality and value was the best. Ken wasn't always our sales contact but when it was, I'd shudder a little bit because I knew he'd convince me to spend a little more than I hoped. However, I never walked away feeling like I'd been had. He'll up-sell you a small amount but you'll feel good about it and time will prove him right.

Sleep Nation may not be as well-known as some of the larger mattress chains but they are definitely worth visiting if you're in the market for a mattress. We stopped in over the Black Friday weekend and met Ken, the mattress designer and store manager at the Cherry Creek store. Ken is a great, easy-going guy who really knows his stuff (because he designs it!). He also genuinely cares about getting his customers the absolute best product at an unbeatable price and that's exactly what he did for us. Ken listened to what we were looking for and matched us up with every possible option that would work for our particular preferences and budget. Our top choice was the Spink & Co "York" luxury firm mattress, the highest quality mattress I'd every tried and one I assumed was well out of my price point. But I was wrong. In the end, Ken got us an unbelievable mattress at an unbelievable price. We even did our due diligence and checked out all the major mattress companies in the area but within hours we were back at Sleep Nation to seal the deal. The mattress was delivered the next day and we've never slept so well. Thanks, Ken!

Ive tried alot of beds has even spent thousands of dollars looking for the right mattress.
Sleep Union provided me with a quality very firm mattress with springs!
Ken really knows his stuff, and has helped me get exactly what im looking for, which is why I keep coming back.

After searching several other mattress stores in Denver, like Mattress Firm and Denver Mattress, my wife and I just weren't finding what we was looking for and the prices seemed very high for the quality. We stumbled upon Sleep Union (sign says Sleep Nation) by accident and am so happy that we did. From the second we walked in, Ken the store manager, was determined to not only find the best bed in our price range, but assure that we got exactly what we needed. Ken was extremely professional and worked with us, offering an incredible deal on a bed and even adjusting the price to stay in our budget. We were blown away to find out the the bed also comes with a 15 year warranty, which adds confidence to an already great product. We bought the bed Thursday and it was delivered for free two days later. The locally made product is amazing and the service was exceptional. Thanks Ken!

We had a great experience at sleep union. They were very helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy like a lot of other mattress stores. We absolutely our mattress! Plus it is a local Denver business and I loved that all the mattresses can be broken down and recycled. Would highly recommend!!

We bought our son’s first “big boy” mattress from Ken two years ago, because we trusted the materials and locally manufactured mattress. We just returned this weekend and bought our own new mattress and were credited the cost of our son’s mattress on our new queen! Guests and kids DO sleep free! Ken is warm, knowledgeable and a treat to work with.

I’ve driven along Colorado Blvd for several years getting a smile and a wave from the friendly man with the SleepNation sign. When my daughter was ready to look for a new mattress, we decided this was the place to start. We had a great welcome from Ken as we entered the store. Ken was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He listened, guided and got my daughter taken care of. There was no pressure to spend $ beyond her budget. Ken got her a great mattress at a great price. All went so well, another family member is planning on going tomorrow so he can start sleeping better with a new mattress too.
