Milestone Kids Dentistry - Snohomish

My 2.5 year old and I had the best experience here at Milestone! Kendall was so amazing when setting everything up for our appointment and I was blown away by the patience and positivity of the hygienist and doctor! Overall wonderful experience!

My three year old has been coming to the snohomish location for about a year now. We have never had anything short of an outstanding and positive experience. The assistant Jada kept my daughter entertained and included her throughout the entire process. She was extremely wiggly and talked through 90% of the appointment but Jada and Dr. Thomas handled it with ease. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone with children.

As a dental assistant myself, I naturally set high expectations for wherever I take my kids, and Milestone did not disappoint! The office is bright and very kid friendly, the staff was very welcoming and Dr. Price was extremely kind and very informative. My family is very excited to return in 6 months!

10/10 experience from check in to check out. As a nervous mom bringing her 8 month old in for a first time visit and a check for any oral ties, Dr. Thomas put any worry at ease and was so informative! Kenzie (I believe) was also very sweet and made sure we went home with proper care for when my daughter gets her first tooth. We will be back in 6 months:)

My daughter was terrified of the dentist due to a bad experience when she was younger. Hannah was so patient and kind with my kiddo... We had exactly the kind of experience that can turn a negative perception around. Thanks Milestone!

Our daughter was so terrified to go to the dentist that we had to rent an armored truck. Thankfully, the moment she was greeted by Kendall a smile started to spread across her face. We started playing the games on the wall and Ms. Pac-Man. More of her tension was alleviated. She worked with Kenzi. Within moments of working with her, she was smiling and eager to go through the process. We genuinely believed that nothing would be accomplished today as she was terrified of the dentist. However, because the staff here is so amazing, she got x-rays, cleaning, flossing, and a thorough inspection. I'm pretty sure we'll be saving money as we won't have to rent the armored truck next time. 🙏

My son is a very anxious kiddo and Danni was an absolute gem with him and Dr. Thomas was more than happy to take time to listen to my concerns pre-appointment so we had a solid plan for a positive experience. What a team of compassionate people helping kids learn the dentist isn't that scary after all.

We love Milestone! Everyone is always so nice and friendly, it’s a very upbeat cheerful office. My daughter loves coming to the dentist and is always looking forward to the next visit. The doctors and clinicians are great, making my daughter feel comfortable and welcomed! As well as the front desk staff is always on top of any questions I might have regarding our insurance. They always help make scheduling the next appointment a breeze!

I was so nervous for my 3 and 2 year old daughters first dental exams today. But the staff and the dentist did such an amazing job making us all feel comfortable & and even though my daughters screamed most the time, the dentist and dental assistants were able to clean their teeth and answer all of our dental questions. Eventually our daughters warmed up and you could tell they started enjoying being there. It’s been a long time since I have felt that type of care and connection from medical staff.
We look forward to taking our daughters back for their next visit!

Best dentist ever!! My son is difficult with many people and everyone at Milestone is so great dealing with all of his little personality traits. I can’t imagine going anywhere else:)

Absolutely incredible! From start to finish, I didn’t know what to expect for my 16 month olds first dental exam, Milestone Kids Dentistry has thought of everything to help kids feel safe, welcomed and taken care of. Kindness oozed from everyone! Can’t wait to go back.

Amazing experience! Great staff, great hygienist and great doc. It was our five year olds first set of X-rays and it was effortless. She told me it was fun and that she liked it! Don’t walk, run with your kiddo to this place. Mine didn’t want to leave!

We loved our first experience at milestone in Snohomish! They made all three of my young kids feel welcome and comfortable, even my youngest that is afraid of the dentist had a good time. I highly recommend Milestone.

We've been going to Milestone for about five years and we cannot say enough wonderful things about them. Through the pandemc they were especially wonderful, handling it all with a smile. I cannot imagine going anywhere else!

We had a great first visit at Milestone Kids Dentistry. My youngest HATES any doctor/dentist and after watching big sis and seeing how upbeat and happy the staff was she got in the chair and was an absolute champ with no tears! The staff was amazing with the kids and putting their nerves at ease as well as letting them know exactly what they were doing the whole time!

Very nice and welcoming my 3 year old daughter is very shy and second guesses all strangers but she loved all the staff at the Snohomish office and says she can’t wait to go back. I highly recommend this dentist to any parent looking for there children. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would they even helped me figure out my daughter’s insurance situation and saved me quite a bit of money.
