Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and has gone above and beyond to help me with my jeep. He is highly recommended by myself and I'm so glad I chose him to tackle my head gasket issues and other the crazy repairs. He is trustworthy and will make sure to get it handled!

Jeff was so helpful and fast in diagnosing my car troubles. He did a great job explaining the problem. He understood that it was important that I not be without my car for very long and that the cost was a major factor. He was able to have repairs done in just over one day and he found ways to save me money. Highly recommended.

Very fast and efficient service. Marcin was my tech and he did amazing. Found out what was wrong with my car within 20 minutes and was out of the shop in less than a hour and a half.

I had them do a pre purchase inspection on two different vehicles. Their attention to detail and honesty saved us time and money. They also gave us peace of mind going into the purchase of our car. I wouldn’t purchase a car without taking it here first and if I lived in the area, they’d be my go to mechanics.

Have had 2 great experiences with Northglenn Auto. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Jeff was extremely helpful and caring. He went out of his way to help. First time he was unable to do the work on my car but helped me find another mechanic that could. The second time he went out of his way and stayed late to work on my car so I could pick it up the next day without interfering with my schedule. Jeff is an excellent mechanic and just a very nice person. Would highly recommend.

Came in with a rough idle issue...... was diagnosed fixed and back on the road within the day. Super great folk over there especially Marcian he addressed all my concerns with a smile on his face.

I called several auto shops about getting my bad alternator replaced, and this is the only one that treated the problem with any urgency. Frank got me in and out the next day and was very thorough and communicative in addressing my repair needs. The rest of the staff was just as friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I really appreciate the transparency of what the worst case scenario would be in respect to the repairs my car needed. Once I was quoted based on worst case scenario as far as cost and timing, I was really excited that my repairs were completed sooner than expected and for less than I had originally planned for! Jeff seems like an honest man just trying to help people keep their cars safe on the road. My car is running smoother than it has in years!

I went to this shop many times for many different services over a period of 9 months. Service was consistent and great. These guys are fair and honest and would always do their best to squeeze me in last minute due to my crazy schedule. Frank is great!

I had come to the shop for some break work. They we’re responsible with pricing and got me in quickly. I followed up with another visit for an oil change and to have the back breaks looked at. They assessed the problem and thought they had fixed it. Unfortunately the bothersome noise was still there. Jeff reached out to me and had me bring it right in. He listed to my situation and was ready to help me identify the problem. He was fast to sort out what was going on and showed me the parts that were the problem. Explained it all to me. He then gave me options to get it fixed right away. He has great customer service and patience to listen to what’s going on. I appreciate them so much and would highly recommend this shop to anyone for their mechanical needs. This will be my go to shop moving forward as I feel he truly cared about what was going on for my situation and and was up front and honest about the findings.

Amazing service - they were able to find an issue with the transmission on a used car during my pre-purchase inspection that was not setting off any lights on the dashboard. Definitely saved me from a costly mistake.

They are like neurosurgeons of vehicles, but the kind that actually listen to concerns and symptoms and somehow fix them all. I was ready to junk my 2018 dodge journey before I brought it in (journeys, Durangos, and aspens are stupid) but it's driving perfectly again after some trials and tribulations.

I just needed to take a moment to thank Frank and Jeff for being so honest, caring and making sure to take care of me in a timely manner. These guys stayed after hours and even came and picked me up to take me back to shop to get my car. I've never been to a shop were they made sure they take care of their clients and helped me tremendously. I highly recommend them they are very honest, upfront and genuine people.
