Randy Reynolds is a phenomenal realtor. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind and relentless in helping us find the right property. He spent 3 whole days driving around with us showing properties in different areas of Olympia, Tumwater and Yelm while offering his extensive knowledge of the local area and helping identify pros/cons of each potential property. While we ended up buying a new construction, Randy worked tirelessly to coordinate with the builder to make sure completion and closing were on-time, inspections happened and the transaction was fair to us. For anyone looking for an agent in the Puget Sound area, Randy would be my first choice and I look forward to working with him again when we look for a bigger home in a few years.

Christy represented my wife and I as a buyers agent recently. We would definitely have her represent us again and would recommend that you do as well. We were living a couple thousand miles away from the area, so being present to look at houses we had an interest in wasn’t feasible and a source of apprehension because of the gravity of the purchase. Ryan and Christy are a dream team with a great knowledge of the market in the Centralia and Tumwater areas. They helped us sell our home quickly for more than we imagined and helped us easily purchase the perfect home for us. They advised us on how to make our home look more desirable, were master negotiators, and gave excellent advice for when issues with the buyers came up. Ryan or Christy are quick to respond for questions, paper work, etc. They were there for us from the time we met them to talk about selling our home until our new house keys were dropped off (over a year!) You couldn't hire better people to represent you than these two.

We where very impressed with Eddie, the phrase "Ready Eddie" is an understatement Eddie was always at the ready even at 9pm at night to help or answers a number of questions. When also incorporating family values, and listening to what the buyer and seller has to say.
