Wow! What a breath of fresh air to work with such a great company and team of people. These days it feels like pulling teeth to get someone to even call you back. Toliy and Dima did an excellent job at making me feel like a priority and the work they did was done with excellence. You can tell they take pride in doing a great job and I would recommend them 100 percent!!

From start to finish, our experience with Design Tile was excellent. The attention to detail in the design, measurement and installation of the tile was exceptional. Eduard was a pleasure to work with in set-up, and Dima’s installation work was flawless. We highly recommend them!

We recently had our bathroom retiled by Design Tile and Flooring. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. They took out a strip of deco tile in the shower and were able to keep the existing tile untouched. A definite savings cost. The flooring is a herringbone design and it is absolutely perfect. Eugene and Toliy at Design and Tile were extremely good to work with. I had paid a substantial deposit for a condo project and then we went in a different direction and bought a house. They worked with me over 6+ months and allowed me to move my deposit to the bathroom project and not loose my deposit. Most importantly the workmanship is high quality and I will not hesitate to use Design and Tile again for any future tile project.

This was the second job Design Tile and Flooring did for us. The first was a down stairs bathroom that turned out above our expectations about two years ago. Approached Eduardo to do our main floor in tile. Had the bid within a few hours after he inspected our job. We had chosen the tile and he ordered it. Three weeks later the job proceeded with Alex preparing the floor and laying the tile. A beautiful professional insulation. Thank you Tolly and the staff for the help on the grout. We are very pleased with the installation. Thank you all.

Design tile has been amazing to work with. Our installer, Audre, paid close attention to detail and made sure everything lined up and was evenly laid. We had some difficult areas to tile around with curves and he did an excellent job on those areas. He takes great pride in his work and it shows. The job took longer than anticipated and they honored their quote. I appreciated their integrity. I highly recommend design tile.

Design Tile and Flooring did an amazing job tiling our fireplace. It require them to tile up to a 10 ft high ceiling from the floor. Our tile we selected was a metalic looking tile and they made it look perfect. Our installer arrived on time, was so nice to work with and polite and he did such a quality job. We are very pleased with the work and highly recommend anyone who is looking for a quality product. Our project is part of a new home under construction so what isn't showing is how well this fireplace looks with the walnut floor that is currently cover up. This picture doesn't do the work justice. It is truly beautiful and sparkles in person.

Design Tile & Flooring LLC has a wonderful display inventory and they are very helpful with color, material and concept ideas. We selected an Italian black/gold porcelain tile surround to update our fireplace surround. The materials arrived even a bit earlier than expected and dates to begin installation (2 days) began immediately. Alex (the installer) was a excellent craftsman. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish.

The are friendly and real patient . We were there several times and for hours.They are that great! Want it installed? Their installer is an artist. He made our walk in shower, look like a cathedral it’s over 14 feet high, amazing. He did such a great job that we decided to do another bathroom , laundry room and the kitchen. To say we’re very pleased would be an understatement. They also did our flooring that we picked from their large selection, It’s truly unique.

Prompt response to remodel tile project. Got in quickly and finished, exceeding our expectations!! Will definitely use again.

Came in in May to find designer tiles for a kitchen backsplash. As it turns out, they have a kitchen designer on staff, who was able to help my wife (who has very discriminating tastes) find the perfect accent tile to tie together the wall, the counter, and the rest of the backsplash. We’re talking a $17 4” x 4” tile that isn’t easily available anywhere. Deanna not only helped us find the tile, but after our builder was unable to get samples of the correct tile in several tries (bogus descriptions on the manufacturers website), Deanna had samples available at no charge within a week and a half. Even better, when we confirmed that this, in fact, was the tile we were looking, for she was able to procure 12 tiles, many less than the standard order of one full box. I can’t say enough positive about this company. They spent that much effort on a tiny little order like ours. I know they will help you just as much.

We had an excellent experience with Design Tile on our bathroom remodel project. We have a couple of unique spaces so we were a little limited on options and apprehensive about the design process. The team did a fantastic job through the quoting, design, and execution of the project. The design help really made us feel like the project would turn out looking great and we are glad they provided full design renderings so we knew what we were looking at. Ed was on top of both the quote numbers and communication through the whole project. A special shout out and thank you to the guy who actually did the tile work. We had a small order, ceramic tile for a kitchen backsplash. They treated us like we were the only customer and helped my wife to design a backsplash with colors to Tyanne with the light blue wall, the very colorful kitchen counter, the white marble look of our floor, and the natural wood coloring of our ash cabinets. When it turned out that the only thing we really needed were 12 hard to find, expensive tiles ($18 each) that were sold by the box of 50, they went out of their way to help us again. They found a distributor who had 12 we could order without ordering an entire box. Color us one very satisfied customer. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

It was a great experience from the beginning to the end. Eduard kept me updated on the installation process and the job was done perfectly. Deanna made the tile selection easy and had great ideas. I couldn't be happier!

We were in the middle of a disastrous remodel when we were recommended to Design Tile, who stepped in to help.
