My experience with Martinso Piano Movers;

These guys were amazing, fast, clean, efficient, and I could go on. I moved my own piano with a friend a couple of weeks ago and what a mistake that was. ( ~600 pounds between two is very elegant.) I will never move a piano again and I suggest you hire it out and use Martinsom!

They showed up on time with 6 men in two trucks. I met the owner Eric and got to speak with Daryl some. I learned that the deliver 6 to 8 pianos each day and on special occasions as many as 33 pianos in a day!

We had a new Grand piano delivered. It only took a few minutes to put out all of the carpet covers, lift and carry it up 18 stairs+ 4 more. The took off the wrappings, assembled the legs, keyboard...and then showed us how to open the lid and how to clean.

I was able to snap a few action shots. I was impressed and would use them again and again!

Knowledgeable piano movers, and they take very good care of pianos in their storage facility. After 2 years storage, our piano arrived at our new house in wonderful shape.

Yesterday morning I got my new piano delivered by those professional gentlemen.

It was an early 9am appointment. I got a call from Michael half hour before the appointment. He was polite and professionally asked the environments of my house. Then, around 9am, they arrived on time. They did great job to move my new piano to my office room. During moving, they professionally moved the piano on top of some soft carpet to protect my hardwood floors. And Michael (I believe he was Michale) told me some basic knowledge about my new piano, like how to silent the playing and how to close the lid.

I have to say their service was so professional and great. I felt sorry I forgetting to tip those 2 great gentlemen as I did not got any cashes at that time. Definitely I would recommend their service to my friends.

Update: I have to completely change my review! Martinson went above and beyond to fix the situation. They sent out a new team to pick up the piano, fixed the cracked leg, and returned it within one week. In all interactions, they were extremely respectful and apologetic. I appreciate businesses like this who do the right thing by their customers.

Martinson moved a family heirloom piano from Snohomish to Seattle today, and it arrived with a cracked leg. They told us "it was cracked", but did not tell my mother, who was at home in Snohomish when they picked it up, that it was cracked. At the very least, they should own up to their mistake and try to find some way to remedy the situation.

They are the best, even when bad things happen.

With a steep incline and lots of steps, witnessing the Martinson team at work is like watching a ballet. They find the best route and make moving an old 800 pound upright or a new 7’4” grand look like a dance.

When the unthinkable happens – a once-in-thirty-five-years piano destroying traffic accident - they handle it with sensitivity and care. When gifting my mother’s old upright to a family was stymied by a traffic accident, Martinson committed to finding an equivalent piano so that the recipient still gets the gift of music. Plus Eric Martinson made time for my husband, sister and me to visit their warehouse to say good bye to our mother’s piano. They get that pianos are part of the family. I trust them with precious cargo.

From my first phone call for an estimate to the piano being positioned in my house, this was a very smooth deal. The price was lower than others, and everything was very professional. They were on time, took great care, and generally were just great to work with!

Super fast and efficient. These guys know how too carefully move a piano the right way. Very reasonable pricing and will go out of their way to help avoid cost. 3rd time using them in 15 years - same guy leading the team. My go-to for piano moving and money well spent.

Martinson piano moving is amazing at what they do they have pulled off piano moves that other moving companies said was not possible. They are extremely careful and conscious of what they are doing and keep you the customer in mind and treat the piano like it is theirs. They are fully licensed and insured and extremely efficient at moving pianos the bill is based on the time it takes to complete the move so if it is a quick easy move with minimal driving then it should be fairly cheap. In my opinion they are the best piano moving company in the state and i wouldn't hire anybody but them to move a piano. They are a local family owned business that has been operating since 1964.

It's a very nice place where one can be provided with the highest quality of service. My own experience with Martinson has been completely satisfying. Strongly recommend!

This is a very efficient piano mover. Darren and Jesse form a great team! They arrived pickup location earlier than promised, figured out the routes in less than a minute, and the move was done in 10 minutes on both the pickup and delivery location. Will use them next time if needed. Definitely highly recommended!
