Christina has been managing my property in the Lacey area for a couple years. When I was ready to sell recently, I listed with her. As I don't live in the area, Christina coordinated with contractors to get the property updated and ready to sell, resulting in numerous offers for a great sale price well over asking. Christina did a great job for me both managing and selling the property. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Christina does an outstanding job of representing both buyers and sellers but also wears another hat with us in being our Property Manager on the rental side of the real estate business. She is has a relentless work ethic, a superb attention to detail, and is honest and upfront with clients. We are very proud that she hangs her license at our office. We went into buying our first home almost on a whim. We were going to wait another year, but then our previous landlord decided to sell our rental. Needless to say, we really haven’t done much research, but Christina helped us all the way from step 1 to closing. She also helped us get in touch with a loan officer, who was also a delight to work with. We found Christina very genuine, and felt that she really wanted to find us the right home. She was very professional and kept us up to date all throughout our home-buying process. We had two months before we needed to move out, and we really didn’t want to rent another house and move twice. It was also a seller’s market at that time, so the competition was tough and abundant. Christina took on the challenge with us, and made it happen. We closed and moved into our new home two weeks before our lease ended. We don’t think we would’ve done it without a great team behind us. Anyone who would have Christina on their team during their home-buying adventure would surely be in great hands.
