Amazing! Went in there with five 1 gallon cans of defective Cabot Australian Timber Oil. It did not look right and had just bought it a month ago. They did a "defective" exchange on all 5 gallons. Graham James at this Ace really saved my day and my fence! Thanks guys! See you soon.

Excellent customer service! Needed some keys made and the associate Tenique made sure I was taken care of. She had 2 other associates verify and their attitudes were fantastic! I really recommend this place for their service and willingness to help

Every time I come in to Ace I hope that Joe is on his shift! Joe has helped me so much with all of my home improvement work having recently purchased a condo in the past year. Whenever I had issues that YouTube videos could not answer I would go to Ace on Holly prepared with pictures and information/measurements and Joe helped me solve pretty much everything I couldn’t handle on my own. Would highly recommend reaching out to Joe if you ever get the chance!

Today at our local ACE Hardware store, I was searching for the best paint to finish a project I had started. I was looking to paint a wood dresser, without sanding and with a paint that would only require 1 coat. I received tons of insight and help from one of the ACE associates named Kelijah (Apologies for any misspelling!). He helped me choose a color, a brush and a sheen. I was very much impressed with his continued interest in assisting me until I had all of the items I would need to finish my project. I would like to personally thank him for his help! I would highly recommend this location if you have any stubborn projects on the horizon! Thanks again, Kelijah!

Friendly staff and very helpful when you ask. And they don’t mind if you come back an hour later because you forgot one more thing.

Can't say enough about how helpful and knowledgeable the staff is here. They took the time to explain exactly how to do the home repair I was working on and set me up with all the items I needed to get the job done. They set me up for success! I'm not a handyman by any means but when I need information on how to do something they always come through. Shout out to James for always helping and always having a smile.

I make a special effort to go to Ace Hardware of Cherry Creek. The store has what I need and more importantly has people who know what they have.

This past trip James helped me on a project involving screws, brass strips, nylon washers etc. He and the team are very attentive. I know the balance has to be between being too helpful and not helpful enough. Some customers don’t want to be talked to and some need a friend. If I want to be on ignored and avoided I go to HD.

Ace Cherry Creek does a good job of balancing that genuine eagerness to serve with giving you space when you need it.

Went in for paint and a scrubber to remove paint off of a floor. James was incredibly helpful as I did not think about using a wire brush on ceramic floors would scratch them! He recommended a paint stripping pad and got me the paint I needed all while trying to make sure some low life didn’t steal from his store! Awesome job James appreciate the help

I called to ask a few questions about evaporative coolers and James was SO helpful. He answered all of my questions with expertise and kindness. It felt like I had called my dad- in a good way. I felt really cared for and respected. Thanks so much James!

Went in for a extra key on a Sat...auto makers make it super expensive but at Ace they cut it by half price if not cheaper. Didn't know they only program Mon thru Fri 12 to 3 but that's not their fault I should have called. So someone will go back for me Monday. They allowed me to pay and put me on the board for an appt. The person needs to only provide the receipt and name. Awesome customer service!!! Now the only down side is left turns in and left turns out on Holly...again not their fault you may just have to wait on the kindness of others to let you in or out...it can bottle neck cause some folks can't take 2 seconds to be decent. Love the staff and keep doing what you do!!!

Thanks very much to Adam at Ace Cherry Creek for his enormous help with my weed-whacker/yard trimmer yesterday. He showed me exactly what to do, how to do it, and what I needed to buy to get it done. Grateful!

I stopped in to purchase 50 paint sticks for a project in my daughter's classroom but when staff learned they were for a nearby school they donated them for free. So grateful to have such a generous supporter of the community in the neighborhood. I will never shop anywhere else!

I’m writing this review to talk specifically about an employee named Adam. Today I had to help a confused Bird who got stuck in a glass elevator space, 4 stories high at the office complex I work at. The poor little guy had been flying about for 2 days, no water, no food and with the heat lately, he was close to death. I called everyone I could think of, animal control, the building engineers, friends, even my fiancé. Everyone laughed or felt slightly bad, and eventually said there’s nothing you can do. I went to an apartment complex nearby, borrowed their pool net, it was exhausting, but I finally caught the little bird and set him free. Of course I cried profusely, I was tired, emotionally drained and yet very proud of myself. I returned the net. There have been several birds prior that did not survive and I feel badly I wasn’t aware of these unfortunate occurrences. I decided then and there to make a net that could be kept ready and waiting should another opportunity come along, and they will, the glass basically keeps the birds from finding their way back out. I went to Ace Cherry Creek and upon coming in, Adam greeted me. I explained what I needed, he didn’t say you can’t do this, it’s silly or anything like that. Instead, he helped me find several items to build the net that I’m sure will save many a bird to come. Adam from the bottom of my heart, you believed in me when no else would, your creativity and knowledge of your store and assistance in finding the items available to build the net was exceptional. The saying "Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks." Doesn’t even begin to touch on how helpful, thoughtful and passionate you were. You impressed me sir. I will never forget that, I am committed to making this Ace where I shop going forward. Some of the most helpful people I've seen in retail. Whenever I come in looking for odd screws or bolts, I'm instantly helped and am out within minutes of entering the store. Service that's hard to beat, for sure.

Always a great experience and I like supporting the smaller stores instead of Home Depot whenever I can. Awesome customer service from every employee there. The guy that helped the most was Henry, I bought a 5gal bucket that I actually needed the bottom cut off of and he did an awesome job and even took the time and attention to detail and sanded the sharp edges off the cut. This Ace Hardware stands out above the rest! All employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I go here over Home Depot due to the attentive and friendly customer service. The cashier always welcomes customers immediately and asks if we need assistance. This Ace is the place to go for all you hardware store needs and the feeling of a delightful community! A couple weeks ago, i stopped in to get a few keys made for my vehicle, I ended up having a little issue with a lockout. Justin, the manager there was very professional and helpful. Went above and beyond to take care of me. He is the reason I will most likely be an ACE customer for life!
