Very knowledgeable, knows the market. They do a great job on what you need to do to help it sell. Then you need to do the budget to see if it works for this project. So they are one part of the team to complete a project.

Do your research when joining on with Laurie & Debbie!! Laurie can sell the sox off anybody!!! Did 1 successful project & 1flop-do NOT under any circumstances, use the contractors offered by Laurie-Trevor/Lucky Renovations! Took $ advance & did not complete work, poor workmanship, sold me broken appliances, shorted me cabinets, can’t put together a “real” budget or manage the project. BEWARE -Do your own due diligence!!! Laurie & Deb will not support you!

PLEASE READ! WARNING! DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use Lori's group to purchase your investment property!! We went to Lori's meetings and got inspired to flip a home using her company. Her energy, enthusiasm, attention to detail, promises that title was checked and most important promise to help you and hold your hand during the whole process made us feel safe buying with her company. That turned out to be the biggest lie and BS we ever experienced! We ended up using Lori's company, the night after her meeting we went home and spoke with Jeff on the phone about a property in Edmonds (this property was talked about a great deal in her meeting that night, they said they checked the title on it everything was clear, everything was perfect for a flip! prime location etc etc) The next day we purchased the said property. We started making the renovations on it, a month into it, I started digging up information about the property and the title report to start prepping everything for a sale. I noticed a lot of little things were off, the legal descriptions and the Lot #s recorded were different. I confronted Lori, she brushed it off and said when time came to sell the house "they would help us out". I started digging more, went to the county. LONG story short! The property was SO messed up, it had a tax segregation, previous owners started a subdivision (never finished through), left our property that we bought a "lot of record" aka meaning NOT A legal lot!!! It took us TWO YEARS in courts to make the lot a legal lot and over 45k in legal fees to make it a legal lot so we can sell it. I had to quit my job because I was at the city, county, lawyers office and at the court so often! I won't even mention the amount of stress I went through this ordeal, how I was bullied by the Edmonds City staff and so much more. Long story short Lori and her team DID NOT DO A TITLE Check like she promised. Had she done this, all of these problems would have been brought to light and we would have never purchased this property! We tried to sue Lori to get our 3% fee but found out she's already in a lawsuit for millions for scamming some gentleman. So my advice after much heart ache and stress, go with a company like Vestus or someone else but NOT her company. She did not do her homework like she promised, she did NOT do a title check like promised. We were told by many (city, county, lawyer etc), had she done a quick title report all of these title problems would have been known. From now on we will a title report ourselves ($45) but after all if you are paying a company 3% fee for their services and they promise they do all of this, you trust them to do it, right?!. But not Lori, she cuts many corners and we learned this the very hard way! Lesson for life for sure! So please go with someone else. If you want details about our case I would happy to discuss what we went through and how everything came about.
