Mondo Market at Stanley Marketplace

To say this place is delicious is an understatement. I'm actually slightly embarrassed to admit how often my husband and I eat or get take out from here but we are MORE than happy to support this business and their quality food! I would rather eat their freshly made pasta than go to any Italian restaurant I have been to in Denver. Don't get me wrong, we have some decent Italian restaurants but when you don't want to worry about making reservations, getting dressed up, or paying for an upscale meal out, Mondo is 100% the way to go. The staff are professional, friendly, helpful, and talented in their culinary scopes. I'm moving out of the area soon and still plan to make trips up to buy their bulk pasta and sauces!!!!

Just had the best salad of my life here. It’s the Grain and Roasted Veggie salad. Veggies were freshly roasted to order.

Stumbled on this place while exploring around the area. My pastrami sandwich was incredible, the meat is classic deli style and the Brussel sprout slaw gives it a perfect crunch. The side of pasta salad is probably some of the best I've ever tried. So many gluten free options available as well

Very good deli sandwich shop. Has an urban industrial vibe. The veggie gyro was delicious. Potato salad side was unique. Quick friendly service. I recommend it!

Small grocery store/food counter inside Stanley food hall. Got a meat pasta dish with freshly made pasta and an eggplant gyro, both were tasty and didn't take too long to make. Some counter seats and tables/chairs are available.

Mondo market has a wide selection of goods, ranging from gummy bears to handmade pasta. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!

We love coming here for lunch! Sandwiches are great! My husbands favorite is the Turkey Pesto Melt and I love the Mondo Club. It won’t disappoint!

Great selection of fun food and beverage items for grocery as well as their deli menu. Their fresh pasta is the perfect way to liven up the weekly pasta dishes I make.

Mondo is a great place for quick quality lunch. They also make great meat and cheese boards for any function.

So the soup of the day is different every day and I don't think there is a way to tell what it is unless you go there and look at their board, but the Cheesy Turkey and Mushroom soup today was SO good. It was spicy like white chicken chili but with turkey and sliced mushrooms. Their soups are usually pretty good and interesting.

This place was AMAZING! We were just passing through and visiting from Texas when we randomly found Stanley Marketplace. We ended up eating here twice! Once we came in and again before we flew out.

Mondo Market has the BEST sandwiches and homemade pasta. Some of the best meals I’ve ever had :) Give that Rosé sauce a try. You won’t regret it.

And lastly what a super pleasant staff. The woman working the deli cut area was so sweet and the man working the register at the time was soooo funny and personable. I’d give this place more stars if I could.

I am FLOORED by how delicious the food is here! Simply made my own pasta bowl with these fun noodles (I forget which kind they were), red sauce, and their seasonal veggies (artichokes at the time) and it's easily the best pasta I've ever had. My boyfriend and I haven't stopped talking about how good this pasta was and it's been over a week already - also the HUMMUS. Even hummus I've had at Israeli restaurants hasn't compared to how smooth and flavorful the hummus here was, and served with the toasted breads - it was incredible.

Such simple food but they do it all so well! You can also buy their pasta and other food to take home with you, which I made a mistake by not buying massive amounts of their pasta to bring home with me to eat for every meal for the foreseeable future. Also their pasta is vegan! Just ask if you have any questions about what is and isn't vegan, their staff is super knowledgeable. They also normally have a lot of sides that are vegan, too, so plenty of options! Can't wait to come back here for more!
