When it went in today to do a diagnostic scan Charlie was excellent thorough and the price was competitive. Will keep coming back

I cannot recommend Motor Tech enough. Charlie and his team are all great. Finding a good mechanic is always difficult so it's refreshing when you find a team that does it well. Charlie is professional, honest to a fault, and fair with his pricing. He'll take the time to explain what needs to be repaired and never initiates work without talking it through first. I moved out of state but I will seriously consider bringing my vehicles back to Motor Tech if I need serious work done. I would recommend them to anyone.

I brought my Jeep Renegade to Motor Tech while 1K miles away from my usual mechanic in California. It’s never a comfortable experience trusting someone new with your car. It comes through in their commitment to customer service, their astonishingly high integrity, and the candor with which they answer a customer's question directly and in a way that makes sense.

In addition to having an amazing work ethic and top-notch customer service, they allowed me to bring in numerous cars for inspection prior to purchase, and helped me make decisions that prevented me from purchasing a car that would need expensive repairs.

I bought a salvage vehicle without having it checked by a mechanic first. It had several problems the worst which was identified by Charlie. I bought the vehicle for a tow vehicle but Charlie checked the frame, saw some irregularities and Took it to a body shop for further analysis. I was later able to return the vehicle and get my money back because the vehicle was determined to be dangerous. The Body shop said the cab could actually detach from the truck bed if anything was towed and the vehicle had been hit more times than the seller had disclosed. Charlie could have just fixed the engine seals for $1,900 instead of going the extra mile for me but he didn't. I am very thankful to Charlie!!!

Charlie is always professional and he and his crew have treated me and my poor little car with great care. If you need service to your car, this HAS to be your first and only choice for car care. Will be recommending him to everyone I know.
