They are extremely knowledgeable not just about the Denver housing market specifically but also about homes, home owning, and home improvement more generally.

They went above and beyond to ensure that we investigated everything about the houses we were interested, well beyond just pure aesthetics. For example, every house we toured, Chris examined and explained to me the details of the big “systems” of the house (water heater, pipes, sump pumps, electrical, HVAC, radon, roof, etc.) He knew exactly what to look for, when we could expect big expenses replacing systems in the future, and which systems would be in good shape for years to come. From what I understand from my pops, who’s bought and sold many homes over the years, this is a highly unusual service for buyer agents to provide (I think my dad’s words were that I was “exceptionally lucky” to have found such a good realtor).

We moved from out of state, so when I flew in to visit and look at homes, Chris toured 13 homes in two days with me!!! Deb and Chris answered our every question, big and small, petty and silly, serious and philosophical, and were immediately responsive every step of the way.

I can't say enough good things about working with Deb and Chris to buy my home. They spent so much time with me, not only getting to know me and what I was looking for (I was a first time home buyer and not 100% certain) but sending me listings, setting up showings and of course, writing multiple offers. Debra and Chris sold a house in Centennial that my brother and I inherited after my mom passed away on the last day of 2022. They are great realtors. They recommended people to clear out the junk, paint the house, and re-carpet. They then provided all staging furniture, recommended the asking price, listed the house, and within 2.5 hours, we had the first offer at that asking price. Over the next 4 days, negotiating with several potential buyers, they drove the final price up to 7% over asking price. They then proceeded to remove several roadblocks that cropped up from the title company and the inspection, and we were able to close on time 2.5 weeks after we accepted the offer. If you want to sell a property in Centennial, I would strongly recommend Debra and Chris.
