Sound Rooter was wonderful! Marcus and Chrystal did a fantastic job and were so kind and open about the process- regularly giving updates. They truly cared about helping and went out of their way to fix our slab leak, replace our water heater, and handle additional issues. Upon contacting them, Zach arrived within an hour and did a free evaluation. They worked with our insurance and were very reasonable in pricing. We really appreciate Sound Rooter for all the help they provided. :)

After my kitchen faucet failed again after 2 years I had to find a plumber who could replace it. I struck gold when I contacted Sound Rooter Plumbing. Was able to get an immediate appointment for the following day. Marcus showed up at the precise time and solved my faucet issue inside of an hour for a price I could afford. Now my kitchen faucet is under warranty and I am very pleased. Highly recommend using this service! Plus, my new faucet is gorgeous!!

In February 2024 we engaged Sound Rooter & Plumbing to replace a cracked outdoor, frost-free hydrant head. Their man, Zac, arrived ready to work and, because the ground was very saturated with rain, he spent a considerable amount of time clearing water from the deep hole he had to dig to reach the water line hook up. Despite the challenges, he completed the job in good order and let us know that if any problems should arise to let him know in the coming days.

After about 8 days (and a lot more rainfall) later, we noticed that the French drain located just behind the replaced hydrant seemed to be plugged up, causing some flooding into the corner of the garage. We called Sound Rooter to ask if Zac could come back and help us figure out next steps. When he checked it out, Zac agreed that we needed to clear the flow into the French drain and then back-fill with additional rock.

We are so happy to have found a local plumbing business that not only provided great service on the original call but went above and beyond a week later, when conditions worsened due to no fault of theirs. No questions, no excuses, no stone-walling. We were counting on Sound Rooter & Plumbing and they came through for us. Can't say enough good things about their service, so "Thank you Sound Rooter from the bottom of our hearts!"

Zack came to the rescue when our kitchen sink was clogged. He was very personable and professional. Got the job done quickly and cleaned up after. We will use Sound Rooter again if we have plumbing problems and highly recommend them.

They were very professional and helped me get my leaks and neglected pipe repair taken care of very quickly. Did a great job bavkfilling the dirt back into my driveway to prepare it for concrete replacement. They even left my driveway cleaner than before they arrived!

Our septic tank alarm started to go off and I’ve called at least 10 different companies that mentioned that they are all busy and they can’t help me out till like 2 weeks out. I was devastated and by the grace of God I’ve called Sound Rooter and Plumbing and they were able to come out within the next hour. When they got to our location they discovered what the issue was and fixed our issue right away. I thought wow we were so fortunate and so blessed to find such a wonderful people that were willing to help out right away and their prices were unbelievably affordable! The following week the septic alarm went off again and the pump was old and they made the recommendation that it needed to be replaced! As they were looking around the pump they realized that one of the power wire came out and they fixed it right away. I’ve never met such a honest people that were willing to help and not rip us off just because of our situation. Again I’d recommend them over and over again. I will never ever look no more but always use them, because they are extremely professional and very trustworthy and honest people.

I called early in the morning and Marcus was at my house by 10:30am and had my water heater fixed by 11:15am!

Marcus was professional and took the time to talk with my hubby on the phone since I couldn't answer all the questions. As stressed as I was, this was a great experience!

Zach was outstanding. After five days without use of my kitchen sink and many attempts to clear the clog I was desperate, so I was grateful for Sound Rooter and Plumbing's quick response and that Zach was capable and got the job done. Marcus and Crystal are amazing. We called at 0800 and they were at our home by 1000. They not only fixed the propane leak but also fixed the water tank Pilot light. They will always be our first call for service.

Really pleased with these guys - they answered the phone on the first call, and came right away for a shower leak down into my downstairs ceiling and were extremely helpful with the whole process (which is going to be way more involved because of water damage). On the phone, Crystal was super helpful and explained some different scenarios for the complicated situation. She also recommended a restoration company that was also quick and helpful, and it was nice that they were able to communicate with each other. When she and Marcus came out for the repair, they were friendly and professional, cleaned up, and helped me understand the next steps for the whole process. They went above and beyond, and also explained things thoroughly, which made me feel a lot better, since it’s going to be a long repair process. My new favorite plumbing company!

Marcus is the real deal. We live in the boondocks and our rotted water main broke. My 70 year old husband dug for two days to find it, hurting his back of course. Even though Marcus doesn’t serve my area he felt bad for our situation and had me send pictures. He returned a quote in minutes. I should mention this is a Saturday! My husband is pinning his hopes on a young man who did work for us years ago however if it were my decision I’d be happily and gratefully awaiting rescue from Marcus.

Sound Rooter and Plumbing, LLC was quick and professional. Someone was out to my house within an hour. Zach Turner arrived and introduced himself, supplied a business card, collected my information and got to work. He was personable and friendly. The customer service from this company is bar none. Highly recommend.

I called Sound Rooter and Plumbing when I was having problems with my toilets not flushing right. They recommended I check with the City of Lacey first, then call them back if the City of Lacey couldn't fix the problem on their end. Sure enough, it was a problem the City could take care of for free. I really appreciate Sound Rooter and Plumbing saving me the expense of an unnecessary plumbing bill! If I ever have a problem that isn't related to the City, I'll call Sound Rooter and Plumbing. I can count on their integrity and interest in helping me.

Long story short I was looking for a plumber for 2 days until I found this company. Marcus came out and unclog my kitchen sink and even gave me a couple of pointers I can do to clean my pipe and avoid build up, he even took a look at my water heater and gave me an estimate which I thought was a fair price. Overall experienced was great and DEFINITELY would use them again. Crystal set my appointment btw and she was awesome too!Good people,good company and local business.

Sound Rooter and Plumbing came to our rescue on a Saturday when we couldn't find anyone until next week. They changed our water tank which was leaking water all over our garage.
They also changed old hoses and secured in case of earthquake. They were punctual, professionals, and very nice. They had us up and running in no time. Cost was reasonable. I would use them again.

This husband and wife team, Marcus and Crystal was superb! Their response time to our emergency was very quick and on a Saturday evening at that. Their willingness to accommodate us, which is typically out of their service area, was much appreciated. Not one local plumber responded to my phone call/message. All of my toilets backed up late Sunday night, just before Memorial Day, They got here in 45 minutes. Rooter Router said it would take them two hours. Sound Rooter is great. Fixed the problem right away. Very fair pricing. Family run business. Very nice people. Explained what they were doing and gave me suggestions on how to avoid future problems. They are the best.
