We were lucky to work with Cory in the beginning of the year as we were doing our house hunt. However, due to the scarcity in the market and our dissatisfaction with the pool of homes in our budget, we decided to pull back and wait after paying for our first inspection. Cory negotiated his best with the sellers agent and at the end of the day we decided that the home was not a right fit for us. Cory was neither pushy nor impatient with us as we pulled out, and as we pulled him left and right and through three different counties from Pierce to Snohomish. We admired his patience and poise when it came to understanding our needs and wants. More importantly, he was real! We’ve purchased a home before and the process was very cut and dry, but Cory made the hunt more informative and gave us perspective with the little details that we did not get our first time around. He made the process fun with his wit and character, which made the process less daunting!

So when we finally decided to jump back in, it was a no brainer that we wanted to work with Cory Burger again! Unfortunately for him we teetered and tottered the same as we did in the beginning. Still, he maintained the same support as he did in round 1 of house hunting, inspections, and negotiations. In fact, even better! In the middle of this hunt we even went on vacation, which we felt bad about, but he went to see the home for us and sent us videos while we were away. We were beginning to think we were difficult people to work with being indecisive and taking vacations in between business. Nonetheless, we trusted him with this process of making judgement calls without us present. Cory was in constant contact with us from start to finish and he thought outside the box when trying to secure our deal that in our minds we already lost. At the end of the day, he seized the opportunity for us with the home that we wanted! Going through the process of closing with Cory was like watching an artist paint a masterpiece or witnessing a magic trick performed before your eyes! The man was skillful, quick on his feet, and just awe inspiring at his craft and passion for helping people! There is no doubt that we will use Cory again! He was amazing from start to finish and we loved working with him! Yes, he may have secured us a great opportunity, but we also got a great friend at closing too!

Recently we purchased a house with Burger Professionals. Corey Burger is AMAZING! I don't honestly think I could recommend him enough. He is not only professional but he feels like part of your family.

Where to start! Cory helped me buy my house about 3.5 years ago and from the jump he was the real deal. Being in sales myself I have high standards. Julianna Barnes is such an amazing person, I'm still in shock. I was going to move to Washington and was interested in the Thurston County area. I got recommended her from a military friend who raved about her, and it's very obvious why. She was so knowledgeable in VA loans, which is very rare to find. Then I found out she is a veteran and her husband is still serving! She showed me so many homes in many different neighborhoods, but unfortunately my financial situation wasn't the best. She obviously really cares about her clients and isn't just in it for the money. She gave me such amazing advice to wait and build my credit so that I could get a better interest rate and a lower monthly payment then to reapply. And she was right!!! I was able to buy a way better house a few months later. She always had my best interest in mind and didn't even care that she was going to lose a commission if it meant putting me in a home that wasn't the best option for me. If you're looking for a caring, funny, kind, knowledgeable agent then she is your girl! I recommend her to all my family and friends!
