My boy Jerry Young is the best. My husband and I bought a king size online after we tried it in the store at Park Meadows. They delivery date was not aligned with what the original order stated, I called and spoke with Jerry and he was able to have my mattress and frame delivered next day!! If I need to exchange the mattress, I have four months to do so with a $100 restocking fee, not bad. Thanks Jerry for being a dope human being 😇would recommend 👌

We had the best experience with Mark. I appreciated how much time he was willing to spend with us to find the right mattress for us. When we said we needed to think about it there was not pressure from him to buy right then and there. We drove an additional 15 minutes to come back to the Southglenn location just make our purchase from him!

I was taking advantage of a Presidents Day sale. The buying process was easy. My salesman, Mark, explained everything very clearly. No pressure to buy something more expensive. Mattress Firm basically has everything covered. 120 day sleep guarantee. If you don't like the mattress you bought, you can exchange it. 120 day price guarantee. If you find a better price, they'll match it. 10 year warranty on the mattress. Delivery, including taking the old mattress away, is $100. Well worth it.

Delivery process was also painless. Notification of a 2 hour window the night before, and a "you're next" notification the day of. Everything went smoothly. Shout out to Tyrone, the delivery person.

I love this mattress firm and have purchased 4 mattresses from here. My last purchase was in December right before Christmas. I was in a panic because I realized I needed an extra bed before the holidays. Mark was awesome to work with and so helpful! He made it an easy purchase and they delivered it the next day. The manager was very helpful as well. I will definitely continue to buy from this great spot.

Adrian was Amazing! He patiently listened to what I was looking for in a mattress and then guided me to several choices. I saw no reason to shop anywhere else. Mark was a fantastic salesman. He allowed us to take our time choosing a bed (took us an hour), explained all the features and best qualities of each mattress. He was very patient, kind and not pushy during the whole transaction. Highly recommend!

Adrian was very helpful. He explained things well and answered all of our questions. He let us take our time and we appreciate that very much. We hope we enjoy our new mattress. But Adrian assured us if we didn't like our mattress they have a 120 night sleep guarantee, which is longer than most places. We our glad we went to mattress firm.

Update: We decided to exchange two of the mattresses we bought. Jerry was very understanding and helped us get these two mattresses exchanged, for what we think are going to be a great fit for us this time. That is why they have a 120 day guarantee. We will definitely buy from this store in the future if we need another mattress or even pillows. All of the salesman have been great to work with. They are all top-notch at their job. None of them are pushy and let you take your time. We really appreciate that alot.
