JC's British & 4x4

I own a 2007 Jaguar and these guys are a huge help. Their shop is immaculate and a pleasure to wait in for your vehicle. The staff is super knowledgeable and goes out of the way to do research on potential fixes. They aren't the cheapest but one of the best in my mind. Thanks again for getting me in so quick and resolving my car issues.

If you own any kind of Land Rover, take it to JC’s. These are the guys you can trust to take care of your truck. I’ve been driving Land Rovers for 16 years and I’ve finally found a good shop! They’re Land Rover enthusiasts who genuinely care about their customers’ satisfaction and charge a fair price. I have had a wonderful experience with this shop. Brad is an excellent mechanic and Trish at the front desk has a smile for everyone. All repairs were completed in a timely manner, even though there were many things that needed to be done.
It is my first time having work done by JC's and I would certainly return to them for repairs if the vehicle is in need.
Land Rovers do appear to need great care and it is a comfort to have that work done by folks that specialize in these automobiles and have the parts available for prompt service.

I was overall pretty happy with them. It’s a nice organized facility. They were able to fix the issues with my Land Rover that another shop couldn’t figure out. They kept me up to date with the work and I highly recommend you take your Land Rover here for any services. I didn’t like the supplied parts fee and the diagnosis fee is kinda high, but that’s about it.

The team at JC’s is amazing. Since discovering them a few years ago they’ve been looking after my Discovery and they always offer excellent service. I recently purchased a Range Rover Sport from them and am so pleased with it and I’m very confident JC’s will keep it in tip top shape. Can’t recommend them enough!

Extremely professional operation from check-in, repair, check-out and pricing. Very quick and easy, unlike the local dealer. Up-to-date and experienced. Unless your Rover is under the original manufacturers warranty or you absolutely must have a loaner car, I would never let the local dealers touch my Rover again. Years of inside personal experience at the dealer has taught me to be wary. JC’s British 4x4 has the experienced professional technicians who I trust and I have extreme confidence in their ability to thoroughly diagnose and repair my newer LR4.

I’ve never felt more confident when leaving my vehicle for service. The team at JC’s are all extremely knowledgeable and friendly (Seriously, I’m pretty sure these guys could put Chick-fil-A‘s customer service standards to shame).
I love that they don’t try and oversell you on things you don’t necessarily need and you don’t get the feeling that they’re just there to take your money and run. They treat their customers in a way that makes you WANT to come back.

Unlike taking your LR to a Land Rover dealership, you aren’t going to pay big $$$$ and leave feeling unsure about the quality of work being done on your car.

If you have a Land Rover, this is the only place to take it. They're experts in these cars, but they are also extremely professional and personable. They called daily to give updates on my car, they worked with my 3rd party extended warranty, and somehow they got the car back to me exactly when they estimated (which never seems to happen and I didn't expect). These are the only people that will be touching my LR4 and helping me get it up over 200k miles.

Had a great experience with JC’s and don’t think I’ll ever be taking my rover elsewhere. Took my Evoque in for an oil change and to get a diagnostic on a clunk coming from the front of the car. Turns out both left struts had been damaged in a collision and needed replacing, and a few other things came up as well. They were honest with us on what needed to be replaced for safety reasons right away and what could wait or may never need fixing. One of the issues would have been an incredibly expensive fix but Jeff told us it wasn’t urgent and wasn’t compromising the safety of the car and may never end up being an issue (fingers crossed). He could easily have told us it was necessary to replace right away and we would have been none the wiser but he didn’t-the people here really do have integrity. They got the struts replaced very quickly after they arrived, and were awesome at dealing with the insurance company for the claim we made for the collision damage. They even found some bolts to hold my license plate on better since my bracket is a little messed up-it was the most minor thing on the list of things that needed done to the car and things I had asked them to look at but they didn’t forget about it. Everyone we spoke to during the process was awesome and kept us updated on everything, and at the end they did some really nice things for us when it came to the bill. I like this place a lot, they’ll give everything to you straight, they’re honest, and they and do very high quality work, my car is driving better than ever. Many thanks to Jeff and the entire team, looking forward to working with them on all my car needs going forward (just hopefully not too often!)

This was my first visit to JC's British 4x4. I have owned 4 Land Rovers and was pleasantly surprised by the high level of professionalism throughout the business. I was given prompt quotes for work, parts, and time regarding a major restoration. The shop managed to stay on schedule and close to budget (not knowing up front the detail of all work involved). They seem passionate and knowledgeable about all things Land Rover.

Couldn’t be happier with the service of our older 2013 Range Rover. 2 trips to the dealership and 12k later still nothing was fixed. Come to find out it was a simple 200 part as finding a couple other things the dealership didn’t find. They remained in constant contact with updates. Not only did the fix the car for a reasonable fair price, their turn around time was 50x that of the dealership. Won’t be stepping foot back into a Range Rover dealership for service.

Jeff and Craig are courteous and accommodating. They kept me appraised of my Landy's status throughout the day and made recommendations to best repair the issues (for both my wallet and my vehicle). Ultimately I got to make the decision each time. Excellent work was performed by the technician as well! We all know our vehicles can be a bugger to get right, but JC's took care of not only doing that, but also making the process smooth along the way! Great service and cool pint glasses to boot! Highly recommended!

I had recently bought a used Land Rover LR3 and I wanted to find a place that I could trust for service. I heard good things about JC's so I decided to get the oil changed and have them check over my vehicle. This first impression was great as they were friendly, professional and gave me a detailed explanation of items I would need to take care of in the future. This will be my go to place for the Land Rover.

Knowledgeable and easy to work with. Prices are half of what the dealership costs but the quality of work is equal or better. Honest quotes, not looking to just make money. I have brought two separate Range Rovers for normal maintenance and a couple repairs. They were done promptly and effectively.highly recommend

JC's British and 4×4 took great care of me and my Land rover LR3, that was in much need of some TLC. Mike (was awesome!) and diagnosed what was wrong with it and helped me prioritize the most needed repairs, to be able to stay within my budget at the time. Very kind and professional customer service. The work was completed quickly with the extensive knowledge and tools that they have in the repair of Landrovers. Nice to support a Colorado business and was pleasantly surprised that the pricing was fair compared to the dearships. I am very thankful to have found JC's British. Highly recommend !!

I caught the Land Rover bug in 1993, when the D110's came into the US for 1 year. 1 Disco II, 3 Range Rovers and 4 Defenders later...it is confirmed, I am smitten with Land Rover.

Jeff has worked on 7 of the 8 Land Rovers I've owned (still have 4). His passion for the brand is evident every time you talk to him...or see how much he does outside his shop on Land Rover related functions.

I wouldn't trust my 110 with anyone else. He and Craig are great to deal with...clear and concise with what they are doing to your vehicle....and how much it will cost.

For Land Rover's, there just isn't anyone else who compares.

JC's has been caring for my 2003 Discovery and 1994 3-series BMW for a number of years now. Their work is done right and on time. What impresses me most about JC's is that they tell me what does not need to be done, thus saving me time and cash. For example, several times I asked if the front brakes on the Disco needed replacing. It had over 60,000 miles on it and tows a small RV trailer. They said at least twice that the brakes were still good, and they were. It was just recently, at 77,500 miles, that they finally said that the brakes needed to be replaced. They did it quickly and the new brakes work great. I highly recommend them for either a Discovery or a BMW.

So far I’ve been happy with JCs I’m in Chicago most if the time and rely on them looking after my Range Rover which my wife uses in Denver.
I have been going there for 3 years. Repairs are not inexpensive but then who is. Still easier than going to a Range Rover dealership.

I went to this shop based on reviews, not unlike this one. This is a clean and very well organized shop. There are few frills. If you want a spacious lounge with a large screen TV and a chance to purchase a leather coat with the LAND ROVER logo - this is not the place. This is a courteous and competent independent LR shop. I do a lot of my own service work - because I can. When I could not wait 3 days for a new hood latch switch replacement (I could not lock the car without the alarm going off randomly) they provided me with both support and encouragement (thanks Mike) to do it myself, after confirming my diagnosis. That kind of service is very much appreciated. I commend and support this excellent shop.
