First off, i want to say thank you to Jake and Caleb for my wife and I’s experience we had on Black Friday. It started off to just browsing to us getting a couch however with our luck ran in to some weird experience trying to finance. When i say these two jumped through hoops and ran miles for us is an understatement. Way better management than when I purchased a table a year ago from there. I’m forever thankful for these too. The other staffs interaction was great too. We basically became family by the end of it. lol thank you all for putting up with us!

Visited this location today to browse for couches. I had pretty specific dimensions and a tight budget. Madison was entirely helpful and understood our needs. She worked with us to get the couch in our price range and did not pressure us into buying. We really appreciated her help!

This was a wonderful experience, Julius was the young fella that helped us leave with EVERYTHING we needed. It was a smooth process and I was approved within minutes for a financing option. If your in need of furniture and fast they are able to do next day shipping and set up washer and dryers. If you go to the location off 225 & country line road make sure to ask for Julius and he will be patient and very informative about the products there. Thanks again to the management team that helped as well and hopefully be back again!

Selection @ times isn't the best but to be treated like real people compared to the other furniture stores is the best. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating at the Centennial store! Not what we are used to these days at all. It's the best hassel free visit I think we've ever had at any appliance store and we even came in during late evening hours. Left with what we wanted and at a payment we can afford-- warranties and all! They priced matched our oven range to another competitor with no issues. I wasn't cringing at what we were spending to get what we needed, and that's rare. I appreciated how thoroughly everything was explained and shown before we signed off on any financing. I love that they help people who are rebuilding or improving their credit, and that they haul away old appliances without some ridiculous fee. If the rest of the process goes as smoothly, Conn's will have a customer for life! Thank you to the staff who serviced us last night- we are so big on customer service!

Amazing! we had been too several stores for a couch. With how tough it's been for places to maintain their supply, it was a relief to find something we liked. Michael made the process so easy and less stressful. great location and company.

My husband and myself had the best experience. We went in skeptical and came out with a new living room set. It was a process but with Joe and Alice guiding us and giving us detailed information that we could ask for not only the product but the financing. We plan to return for future purchases.
