I started using Erin Griffith at Security First when a friend gave me her contact info and told me how happy he was after using her to find new insurance. I could not be happier with the service she has provided! She is incredibly knowledgeable and always super responsive. I would HIGHLY recommend Erin at Security First!

They are great. They always answer the phone and are quick to help. They do a great job of keeping me up to date on all of our personal and business insurance. They let me know if better options become available and do a comprehensive look at all of our insurance annually. They feel like a family owned business with their customer service but are very thorough and professional. I have been with them through their merger with one digital and the customer service has remained excellent.

Katelyn is always very pleasant and upbeat. She seems very knowledgeable and was able to offer us different options on how we could save money. She always got back to us with a very quick response. She assured us that she is always reviewing policies to make sure we get the best product. We appreciate her attentiveness and wonderful demeanor.

Security First is handling all my policies, they have done a great job keeping up with renews but overall I think they have been able to provide a good price, I compared them to other agencies and I was satisfy with their cost

They've always been extremely courteous and professional: I can always expect a call back from them the same day and it's nice always being able to work with the same great Account Manager, Katelyn.

I'm super impressed with how thoroughly they will research to get us lower rates. A few years ago we explored new auto policies and they put in a ton of additional leg work and showed me a spreadsheet of different policies applicable to us to chose from. We've also had very candid and thorough conversations with with our Account Manager about the appropriate amount of coverage for our home to make sure we're comfortably covered. This makes me feel confident that they genuinely work hard to get us the best policies.

We also get a lot of great perks through our policies like road side assistance which we've used reliably on more than one occasion. It's just nice feeling like our insurance needs are met so it's one less thing we have to worry about.

I love working with Matthew Woodward each year for my insurance shopping needs. I've worked with him for several years and can consider him a friend at this point. This year, his associate Katelyn Quinto is helping out, who seems lovely as well. Very friendly and capable. Highly recommended.
