Brian is an agent you can trust. He and his team of professionals are knowledgable, efficient and personable. They are there to answer questions and make sure we have the coverage we need when we need it.

Worked with me to save as much as possible on home owners and car insurance. They actually worked over the weekend to complete the work. Able to save nearly $1,000.00. I am so appreciative and look forward to working with them in the future.

Before choosing this agency, I called around to other ones and their prices weren’t good, some never picked up the phone, etc. But I was able to talk to Anna right away, she was kind, friendly and very helpful. She helped get me all set up with both car and renter’s insurance, which saved me money with their discounts. Any questions I’ve had, she’s answered right away and made everything very clear. I’ve been very impressed with both State Farm, as well as this specific location.

The folks who work there are more like family than just people who are selling insurance.

They have been so great getting our new policy up and going quickly and easily. I love how personable, available and easy talking to agents is. There are no big phone systems to work through. Just people. Premiums are very reasonable. And even though my policy is changing states, the claim that occured during my move (a moving cart hit another car!) is totally covered as though I was still with my former State Farm agent. My premiums don't even change because I have been claim free for so long! Love State Farm and love my new agent Chris in Brian Wages office.

I could not be more blown away by the negative reviews. I felt like I had to chime in to the contrary. I've had ~4 policies with Brian for many years now. I've only worked with w/ Brian a handful of times, and he has been great. However, I've spoken w/ Robin many times, and she is consistently an absolute delight to work with.

I would encourage the happy customers to help pull this rating up.

This agency is the best. We have known them and been clients for over 40 years and never have had a hiccup. What ever problem we had they fixed without fail. They truly care about their customer. We feel like family as we have grown thru the years. They get the best value and protection at a great rate. We feel so protected and never have to worry about our cars our our home. We wld highly recommend them to anyone and have. We are so blessed to know that no matter what happens, they will be there to fix it. Thanks to the entire Wages team.

After being let down by my former insurance company I decided to go check out State Farm.
Robin and Carla are great, they went out of their way to get me a quote and sign me up. Brian found I wasn't carrying enough Home owner insurance and fixed that with little cost increase.
These folks are awesome and genuinely care about their customers. So glad I made the switch :-)
