Customer service is top notch! I’ve purchased a Levi Wand and two of their Atomic V Af hoops! One of them had an issue and they were so willing and helpful to give me all the details i needed to return and upgrade free of charge. Their products are the best on the market. I highly recommend them to any beginner or skilled flow artist. 🫶🏼

Words cannot describe how SATISFIED I am! I’ve been hooping 5 years, owned 2 other LEDs and never liked the feel or customer service. Decided to make a third switch to Astral and I am impressed! The weight isn’t too heavy, the balance is perfection, and the customer service is excellent. I had a lot of questions after being let down by the prior 2 places and every question I had was answered quickly and politely. I’ve now had my hoop for about 2 1/2 years and it finally snapped. This was my first time ever breaking a hoop. Astral walked me through getting a service and they quickly shipped my hoop back. Sadly my hoop has yet to arrive. After a few days of panic and devistation I reached out to astral and was sent a replacement! I 100% was not expecting that! Getting my replacement hoop back was intense, it was signed for and delivered to the wrong house but at NO fault to the Astral Hoops company (I got my hoop from the wrong address, thank goodness for small town living). Most companies don’t go this far to make customers happy especially when not a single thing that happened was their fault. I’m extremely grateful! I'm definitely a customer for life! Hands down this is the company to get your LED Hoop from. I have the Atomic V AF and I love it!

I’ve always been very impressed with not on the product, but also the team over at Astral Hoops. I find my products to be some of the most well made and balanced LED props on the market. With a wide variety of models, tubing options, and price points they truly have a smart hoop for everyone. If and when I should ever have. Problem arise, I know I can send an email or make a phone call and have it resolved as quick as possible. After having shopped around before I can honestly say my loyalty now lies with Astral fue to superior product and top notch customer service!

I have been ordering from Astral Hoops for many years. I have even picked up a few orders in person from their physical shop location in CO. The product craftsmanship is excellent, I never have any issues with my props. It's also great that they typically have a variety of in-stock hoops which get to me extremely quickly. Carrying a stock of ready to go hoops is great when in a pinch to get a hoop by a certain deadline, much appreciative for these options! My most recent order was a set of Atomic V AF doubles and they are lightweight, balanced perfectly, and boast an insane amount of LEDs per hoop, no battery gap in the 5/8" size! Amazing. Will always recommend Astral Hoops!

I've been in love with Astral hoops since 2011 when I received my first Atomic. Not only does Astral Hoops make high quality, reliable, beautiful products, they also have excellent customer service. They're super dependable for my LED hoop needs, when I want something new, a quick fix, or an update. Even after trying a handful of different LED hoop companies, I always end up back at Astral. They're the best!

If I could give more than five stars I would. Absolutely beautiful hoop, incredible functionality and customization, wonderful customer service, super easy process and highly communicative regarding a local pickup instead of shipping. Definitely getting another hoop in a different size very soon. If you’re debating giving Astralhoops a try, do it!

Personally I own the Atomic V LED Contact Staff and no other product compares to the sturdiness and durability of an LED staff as well as mode after mode after mode of stunning visuals that flow with the staff’s movement, each creative and unique in design. I love how intuitive the controls are to switch between light modes and other functions on the staff. And with it’s durability I’m always confident that I can move and spin without breaking the staff where other company’s versions snap to pieces. Additionally, customer service at Astral Hoops is punctual, friendly, and efficient in answering any questions as well as addressing any issues with their products. Great communication and super helpful people.

I bought my hoop 2 years ago and I've never had to send it back for repairs or anything. It's really nice having a local spot. The longest I have ever waited for a resize was 2 weeks. If its going to take longer, they are really good about communicating. They are super quick and so friendly and helpful. I just completely upgraded my hoop and I couldn't be happier. I almost switched to moodhoop but I'm SO glad I didn't! Catherine was knowledgeable and helped me out a ton. Thank you!!

Big fan of Astral Hoops LED hoops! Their products are all top quality and if there is anything wrong their customer service has been super quick to fix it. They also upgrade their hoops big time this year, now you can get an app to control evreything and upload pictures that your hoop will display!!! Well worth the price!!

This company creates products of the highest quality and offers exemplary customer service, Although they use the term "warranty" for the manner in which they stand behind their products. if you read their warranty information closely you will see that their warranty is, in fact, a guarantee. I thought companies like this had gone the way of the dinosaur. I am happy to see I was wrong.

** It has been two years since I wrote this review...so update time. They continue to amaze me. Service turnaround times are reasonable. I have had a few questions over the last couple of years. They are always answered that day or next morning.

And for me..**.I wold gladly give an extra star** for the fact that they have a phone number AND someone will actually answer if you call. As opposed to getting a message that says...'feel free to leave a message but we really don't listen to them' from another flow company(true story) While text and email may resolve most questions and issues..there comes a time where a 5 minute phone call can negate the need for a three day twenty segment email thread. For me, if a company can't take my phone call or return it they are making a statement about the value of my time.

Please take the time to check out their toys. I am getting ready to help stimulate their economy. These are good folks.
