I have been with State Farm insurance for many years and have gone through many agents through those years ! I recently renewed my policy with the Sue Ball agency and I have to tell you they are a great group of ladies ! I wanted to personally shout out to my agent person Linda Bauer she has been so supportive in helping me get the best coverage, and is very good at her job ! This office is awesome! I went in in 2019, Sue and her team were speedy, kind, and super helpful with my auto insurance. Truth be told, my favorite part about them is that I only heard from them twice a year when my insurance payment was due - otherwise, they don't spam you or overcommunicate. Sue is a delight and joy to talk with when you do!
